ICS responds to requests for representation and legal questions from the public through its Intake Clinic. Consultations will be available for those who complete the intake process; however, representation decisions will be made on a case by case basis and are subject to ICS availability. Intake is the mandatory first step to receiving services. We will provide low-cost consultations for individuals interested in applying for immigration.
