Treatments such as massage, Reiki, aromatherapy, reflexology, facials etc will be available at the hotel all week for an extra fee. Wednesday Start your morning with Option 1. 2. 3. • Breakfast at the hotel • We will be Visiting and feeling the energy of the tranquil “ Llanas de Cortez” Water fall which is approximately 40mt tall and 60mt wide it and flows into a 5ft deep pool of crystalline water. Here we will take some Time to cleanse your body, mind, aura and spirit with a small cleansing ceremony. This will include a Picnic lunch. • Return to Hotel • Dinner at Hotel
Thursday Morning activity option • Breakfast at Hotel • Ocean Boat Tour 9.00 to 3.00pm This large spacious boat has an air conditioned area and bathroom facilities. Dolphin and Turtles are often spotted during this cruise. When we reach the white sandy beach, snorkelling and Kayaking are available. After the boat tour, a stroll around Playas del Coco Optional. • Dinner at hotel Friday Breakfast at hotel • Excursion to the active lava volcano of Arenal which is said to erupt on average over 30 times a day. A chance to see a different eco system of Costa Rica. We will visit and spend time at the Hot Springs which are natural running thermo‐mineral hot spring rivers at temperatures ranging from 27°C to 42°C (81°F to 108°F). The healing waters flow through eden like tropical gardens that offer natural soothing massages. Lunch at Arenal • Dinner is not included in the price, as this will give us some fun additional options depending on the group. Excursion to Palo Verde, a spectacular wetlands tour and one of the best examples of tropical dry forests remaining anywhere in the world. This dual nature is made possible as the result of the Río Tempisque that’s floods over the land and is located in a relatively arid climate region. Here you will see birds, crocodiles and some frisky white faced monkeys up close. Lunch
