The current Health and Safety Manager for the City of Clarksville announced his candidacy on April 8th. The official campaign kickoff and reception were held at The Ruby Cora, and catered by Nicoletta’s. Golden is a Republican and a family man who has dedicated himself to the success of Montgomery County and its citizens. He has volunteered for the Montgomery County Veterans Coalition, Kiwanis, Urban Ministries, Friends of Dunbar Cave, Montgomery County Soccer Association, and the YMCA. He also served as a firefighter and licensed Emergency Medical Technician with Clarksville Fire Rescue. Golden’s wife Sara is a Vice President and Branch Administrator at F&M Bank. They have three children, Nash, Lydia and Mia.
