“Today is a ribbon cutting and open house,” Consulo said. “We now have forty small businesses in our facility, that are literally open right now. We have everything from hair spas to the Joe Padula Show, to a photography studio that specializes in newborns. So, a great variety of small businesses all throughout this 20,000 + sf building.” This venture began with Consulo’s dream of having a co-working space for small business owners. “We wanted a place where they could win and thrive,” Consulo said. “A place without the big overhead. Some places are just too expensive for start-ups. Our tenants’ electric and water are included, and we host lots of events that allow them to collaborate with other small business owners.
