Following complimentary words from both Clarksville Mayor Joe Pitts and Montgomery County Mayor Jim Durrett for her service and good stewardship of the county’s money, O’Neal Wiggins had the honor of introducing his wife, who thanked her supporters and enthusiastically announced her candidacy for re-election.
