Andrea Maynard & Ashley Burnett Story & Photography by Tony Centonze Dozens of volunteers came together recently at the Maynards on Spring St. building in downtown Clarksville for Operation Honor, which offered assistance in the form of food, dry goods, toys, and assorted necessities for active-duty military personnel, veterans, and their families. Nearly 800 families signed up for the event which was sponsored by The Maynard Family and LifePoint Church. Other sponsors included F&M Bank, ECHO Power Engineering, Feed the Children, and Tyson Foods. Montgomery County Veterans Coalition, United Way, Soldiers and Families Embraced, Operation Stand Down, YaiPak Outreach, and other local agencies comprised the volunteer workforce.
