The color red was the theme for the first-ever MADE Gala. As described on their website, red is a color that represents energy, passion, determination, and strength.

To begin, pop-up shops allowed you the ability to immerse yourself into a market of artisan products, handmade goods, and curated artwork, which all looked amazing. The goods were made available for purchase and the shops were open to the public and free to attend.

The main event, following the pop-up shops, was set up SharkTank-style. Startups and entrepreneurs took their chance to pitch their ideas in front of a panel of judges to compete for a cash prize.

Immediately following the pitches, was a black-tie gala where guests are invited to indulge in a night of celebration. The night included handmade bites, signature cocktails, a DJ, and dancing.

The MADE Gala premiered in 2019, highlighting makers, artists, designers & entrepreneurs. For more information, please visit www.themadegala.com
