The day-long networking event on December 5th 2015 will include discussion panels, workshops, and most importantly, unforgettable networking opportunities, which includes one-on-one mentoring and demo-listening sessions (for musicians) with the entertainment industry’s top talent, Broadway producers and label executives. Top entertainment industry professionals will be attending as panelists, speakers, mentors, exhibitors and talent scouts. The venue originally started as a small cabaret club in New York’s Chelsea neighborhood, but after gaining a vast amount of popularity, Caroline’s now sits in the heart of Times Square. SPEAKERS D E M I L O VA T O Demi Lovato is a recording artist sensation with a culmination of talent. Lovato is an actress, singer, songwriter, author, and more. Her career in the entertainment industry began at the age of 10, when she became a regular on the television show ‘Barney and Friends’. She began her career with Disney Channel in 2007 in the television short “As the Bell Rings”. Her role on the show ended successfully when she was cast as Mitchie Torres for the Disney Channel Original Movie ‘Camp Rock’. After the movie, Lovato toured with the Jonas Brothers in promotion of her album “Don’t Forget”. She landed her own show on Disney Channel called “Sonny With a Chance” the same year she released her second album “Here We Go Again”. After taking a break from her career, Lovato released her third album “Unbroken”. Lovato’s most popular songs include: “Heart Attack”, “Give Your Heart a Break”, and her newest hit, “Cool for the Summer” and many more.
ICE-T & COCO Ice-T is a well-known music and recording artist and actor. He left behind his days of minor street crimes and a four year stint in the army to fully dedicate himself to music. Since then, Ice-T is regarded as being a creator of “gangsta rap” a genre of hip-hop music. He was one of the earliest West Coast rappers whose music is rooted in the experiences of his life on the streets. Ice-T turned his experiences into stories told through his rapping. His ability to create mesmerizing tracks, paved the way for fellow rap artists N.W.A, Snoop Dog, and the Notorious Big. Ice-T’s most recent endeavor is his podcast series titled Final Level. He is best known for his role on the hit television show, Law and Order SVU as Detective Odafin Tutoula. He and his wife Coco are also the starred in their own E! Reality show: ‘Ice Loves Coco” and the two will now star in their new FOX daytime talk show called ‘Ice & Coco”.
CHRISSY TEIGEN She is represented worldwide by IMG Models in New York. She became an IGN Babe in 2004 and a substitute model on Deal or No Deal for 2006–2007. In July 2007, she appeared on the cover of Maxim's calendar. Her campaigns include: Gillette Venus, Olay, Nike, Skullcandy headphones, Gap Factory, XOXO, UGG Australia, Rock and Republic, Billabong, and many more. She has also served as a recurring guest host and contributor on E!, TMZ, MTV, FUSE/MSG, and Extra with Mario Lopez and has appeared on America's Next Top Model and Watch What Happens Live. In spring 2013, she was host of the reality competition show, “Model Employee” on VH1.She was also a part of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issues. In 2014, she appeared on the 50th anniversary cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue with Nina Agdal and Lily Aldridge. In addition to Sports Illustrated, Teigen has appeared on the cover of Ocean Drive magazine, Cosmopolitan, and in editorials for many magazines. In 2012, Teigen was named Spike TV's "Our New Girlfriend." In 2013, Teigen appeared in her husband John Legend's music video for the song "All Of Me", which was inspired by their relationship. In April 2014, Teigen appeared on an Inside Amy Schumer sketch playing a fictionalized version of herself as a relationship counselor. Teigen appears as a judge on the new MTV2 cooking show "Snack-Off."In January 2015, Teigen appeared as a guest star on "The Mindy Project." Teigen is currently a co-host on Spike TV's Lip Sync Battle alongside LL Cool J, which premiered April 2015.
MICHAEL KENNETH WILLIAMS Michael Kenneth Williams is an acclaimed television actor. He is a versatile and gifted performer with the ability to portray a variety of key character roles. He began his career in the entertainment industry as a professional dancer at the age of 22. He has made countless appearances in music videos and was a background dancer for the concert tours of Madonna and George Michael. After he led a successful career in dance, Michael Kenneth Williams became an actor. Williams’ credits as a television actor include: ‘Law & Order’, ‘CSI’, ‘The Philanthropist’, and ‘Boston Legal’. He also had a recurring role on ‘The Sopranos’ as J.J Abrams’ alias. He is best known for his iconic role as Omar in the HBO series, ‘The Wire’ and on HBO’s ‘Boardwalk Empire’ as Chalky White.
PAT A D D I S S Pat Addiss is one of the most prominent, Tony Award-winning female producers in theater. She is responsible for the number-one longest running musical The Fantasticks, which was played in theaters worldwide. Addiss has produced many other notable Broadway musicals such as Gigi On Broadway, Promises Promises, Little Women, Chita Rivera: The Dancer’s Life, Bridge and Tunnel, Spring Awakening, 39 Steps, and Passing Strange. She has also had some very notable off-Broadway projects, including Dinner With the Boys, Shout, and A Christmas Story.
PAT R I C K Q U A G L I A N O Patrick Quagliano is among the premier acting technique teachers in the world today. Actors whom are familiar with Adler’s work, as well as professionals in the industry, acknowledge that Patrick understands and teaches the Adler method more clearly and precisely than any teacher practicing in New York. Patrick also has a longstanding relationship with the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London. He is currently the Academy’s US representative and, is a founding of The London Theatre Exchange.

S A N T I N O F O N TA NA Santino Fontana provided the voice of Prince Hans in Walt Disney’s Frozen, which ranks as the highest- grossing animated film of all time and the highest-grossing film of 2013. Fontana’s Broadway debut was Sunday in the Park with George in 2007. Fontana originated the role of Tony in the Broadway production of Billy Elliot. He was awarded the 2010 Drama Desk Award for Best Featured Actor in a Play for his work in Brighton Beach Memoirs. He starred as Prince Topher in Rodger & Hammerstein’s Cinderella on Broadway, for which he was nominated for the Tony Award for Best Leading Actor in a Musical.
LL COOL J Multi-platinum, Grammy award–winning rapper and best-selling author LL Cool J is widely regarded as one of the greatest hip-hop artists of all time. L.L. is not only known as one of the greatest MCs of all time, but he is also known as a great actor. He has acted alongside actors such stars Whoopi Goldberg, Samuel L. Jackson, Jamie Lee Curtis, James Woods, Al Pacino,Omar Epps, Pam Grier, Stanley Tucci, and Dennis Quaid, to name a few. In 2000, he won a Blockbuster Entertainment Award for the best supporting actor in the action film Deep Blue Sea (1999). Even though his film career has taken off, he hasn't forgotten his love of hip-hop music.
A LY C I A K A B A C K Alycia Kaback is the Founder and CEO of The It Factor Productions, KMM, and VIP Talent Connect. For the past seven years, she has connected aspiring talent to entertainment industry leaders. Kaback is a backer of five hit Broadway show, that combined, have won 6 Tony Awards, including 2013 Best Play Vonya and Sonia and Masha and Spike. TONE CAPONE Carlos Acosta, who is better known as Tone Capone, is the Executive Vice President at Universal/CMG Motown Records. He is also the Executive Producer of “Street Soldiers” on NY’s number one station HOT 97 FM. He is the Producer of Emmis Communication and the CEO of Music Industry Online LLC. Tone Capone has also worked for JIVE Records as well as TVT Records. He has developed the careers of many music artists including but definitely not limited to: Pitbull, Yin Yang Twins, and Lil’Jon.
DAV I D D OA N David Doan is an agent at CESD Talent, where he works handling kids, teens, and young adults for TV, film, and theatre. Some of his clients have been in commercials for Apple, Mastercard, Estee Lauder, Macy’s, Target, McDonald’s, JC Penney, Burger King and in film and TV such as The Diary of a Wimpy Kid series, Batman: The Dark Knight Rises, Gossip Girl, and Boardwalk Empire. Doan got his start working with kids in Talent Management at J. Mitchell Management. He moved on to Nickelodeon in the Casting Department working with kids and teens.
