abri Foz is recreating the lost 'art of dining' with a bold ’no phone’ policy in his hottest new fine dining restaurant, Acquafarina.
Located in downtown Vancouver at the northwest intersection of West Georgia and Homer, Acquafarina was originally a bank. A $6.9 million dollar rebuild and a Sicilian inspired redesign has transformed the place into a magnificent upscale Italian restaurant.

With 200+ seats, Acquafarina offers a weekly tasting menu of elegantly prepared Italian dishes using locally sourced ingredients. The menu is carefully curated by Italian born Chef Valerio Pescetelli, who is known to have trained with the Gordon Ramsay team at the French Michelin starred restaurant "The Savoy Grill". The rotating tasting menus feature six to seven courses with delicious wine pairings.
