What is constipation? ďƒ˜ Constipation is a digestive issue occurs when bowel movements less often than usual and stools that are hard to pass.


Using baking soda for constipation: ďƒ˜ Baking soda has been used as an antacid for decades. consuming baking soda can help neutralize your stomach acid. When it combines with stomach acid, baking soda also produces gas and causes you to burp.


Baking soda with warm water

 The alkaline nature of baking soda reduces the acid level in the stomach.  Take ¼ glass of lukewarm water, add 1 tbsp of baking soda in it.  Drink this one or two hours before or after eating.


Baking Soda With Apple Cider Vinegar

 Take a fresh bowl, add 1tbsp of baking soda and 2 tbsp ACV.  Mix well, eat this mixture two times daily.


Baking Soda With Lemon Juice

 Baking soda neutralizes the acidity of the lemon juice.  Take half slice lemon.  add lemon, one tbsp of baking soda in a glass of water.  Drink it regularly.

 Soaking in a bath with baking soda may help relieve rectal pain associated with constipation.  Fill your bathtub with warm water and add 3 tablespoons baking soda. Soak in it for 20 minutes. Use this process to use baking soda for constipation.


Side Effects of Consuming Baking Soda  It can increase blood pressure.  Drinking baking soda with meals can decrease acid levels in the stomach which can cause indigestion.  Frequent urination
