Domestic Signal Distribution Visionlinkâ&#x201E;˘ XDA outdoor distribution amplifiers allow the installation of available domestic multi-point signal distribution without the need to enter the roof space. When wiring an existing building it is often easier to install external cables to each room, hiding the drop cables behind drain pipes etc. This can make the installation quicker with less disruption or damage to internal decoration and avoids the Health & Safety issues of working in closed roof spaces. Visionlink XDA outdoor distribution amplifiers have built-in IR return path capability where remote control signals need feeding back to a Skyâ&#x201E;˘ satellite receiver and 9v is provided to each of the distribution amplifier outputs to power Visionlink remote control eyes.

Single Channel Filters The V44 Series of single channel filter amplifiers are designed for adjacent channel use. They work equally well with digital or analogue signals providing level and equalisation control. They give high gain and high output and have switch mode power supplies for superb reliability. Superfilter™ The Vision® Superfilter is designed to equalise, filter and level signals from a number of different sources or single source such as a TV transmitter. Rarely do signals arrive at the same level from an aerial or other source and Superfilter is the ultimate way to control signals before they are distributed in an MATV or IRS network. Superfilter consist of 8, 11 or 14 fully agile micro-processor controlled SAW (surface acoustic wave) filters which will allow adjustment of any UHF Channel with up to 45dB of adjacent channel rejection.

Superfilter is fully agile meaning that it can be configured and tuned on-site to any combination of UHF channels. It also has a built-in broadband launch amplifier with 123dBµV maximum output, 50dB Gain, 30dB of adjustment and separate FM and DAB inputs of 40dB Gain. Superfilter can even power a masthead amplifier.

V9 Taps and Splitters are designed for minimum insertion - loss and flatness across the satellite and terrestrial bands. They can be plugged directly onto a V9 multiswitch or amplifier using quick-links. These models pass 18v DC on the horizontal lines which can be isolated on the tap output using the built in switch. All V9 taps and splitters are supplied with earth bars already factory fitted.

V4 Satellite Distribution Vision® V4 is a new, Satellite-only distribution system that uses very low levels of power. This makes line-powering of the system very simple ideal where there is no landlord’s mains supply to power a conventional IRS.
