During this 2 hour session, attendees will explore other value driven businesses and how these have affected reputation, market share and profitability. They will also work on identifying their own unique value systems and how to use these effectively in setting a vision for the future.
Attendees will learn about the principles behind developing an ‘intrepreneurial’ culture. Understanding how intrepreneurs act like entrepreneurs in identifying opportunities on behalf of the company and becoming industry specialists.

This workshop demonstrates how to communicate effectively in a networking or client facing situation. Using creative methods to develop ‘elevator pitches’ and hear what others think about what you say and how you communicate with them.
This workshop reveals the tried and tested formula for success and how you can apply this principle with your current management team or employees. Attendees will understand how to identify strengths, skills and passions and how to incorporate these elements into an effective development programme.
