The tasting room crafts drinks made with aurora gin, small batch whiskey, blueberry, raspberry, and ghost pepper vodka. Drawing on barley from Delta Junction, wheat from the Matanuska Valley, and pristine Alaska water, each of the distillery’s spirits are crafted from Alaska-sourced ingredients. Experimentation and a devotion to their hometown inspire the distillery’s creative, colorful craft cocktail menu. Inventive syrups, premium bitters, and infused editions of their spirits come together in a glass for Kincaid Lemonade, Susitna Soda, Aurora G + T, The Chinook, and others.
