Inlet PubHouse
Cuisine: Gastropub and American
With a flavorful, inventive menu, Inlet PubHouse is a big draw. How big? Diners can even reserve one of the Inlet Igloos for outdoor dining regardless of the season. The chef starts with local produce and fresh ingredients to create delicious international, vegetarian, and vegan options.
You’ll find the best of Alaska featured on the menu from king crab poached in creole seasonings to fresh caught specials. The seafood chowder blends smoked salmon, clams, and bacon and is a great way to start your meal. Spicy BBQ ribs, burgers, and salads round out the menu. With a variety of craft cocktails, barley wine, and locally brewed beer, it’s easy to find a drink to pair with your meal.
Weekly offerings, seasonal specials, and select holiday menus hint that the kitchen is never complacent.

This is the one place you’ll wish you could eat it all. From the first bite to the last morsel, Jack Sprat’s emphasis on seasonal ingredients, organic local produce, and fresh seafood plays out in amazing meals inspired by cuisines from around the world. Locally sourced scallops are pan-seared and finished with fresh lemon, chives, and local microgreens. Heaps of veggies and fresh pork top a bibimbap with the soul of Seoul, Korea. Creamy polenta and fried brussels pair nicely with a braised beef brisket.
Jack Sprat provides a perfect après adventure. The endive and bacon salad, vegan nachos, and fresh pasta compete for attention on the dinner menu served five nights a week. The surrounding Chugach Mountains tower over the building, but “fat and lean world cuisine” has Jack Sprat standing tall.
