The University of Central Oklahoma is the oldest public institution of higher education in Oklahoma and third largest university in the state. Old North was the first higher education building in Oklahoma Territory and is an Edmond icon. Touch the Clouds is a breathtaking art piece by David McGary that sits at the entrance of UCO, just west of Garland Godfrey Drive.
