Guest rooms at a discounted rate from the government per diem and complimentary banquet space with a food and beverage minimum. This will allow the group to have a cost effective and efficiently run event. A floor plan of the hotel and banquet space is included for your review. Specific space is identified but may be adjusted to better fit the needs of your group. However to allow this flexibility, we are only able to offer our services the weekend of November 8-10, 2013. The Awareness Walk would gain great attention since the hotel is in a bustling area of the city near lots of shopping and dining destinations. There are sidewalks that provide access along the high-traffic roads that run adjacent to the Hotel Fort Wayne. Thank you for considering Hotel Fort Wayne for accommodations. We certainly look forward to the opportunity to host your group. Attached is a proposal outlying some basic information. If at any time you have questions or special requests for your group I will be happy to discuss.
