Dotties Wafflery and Ice Cream Parlour
Located at Samlesbury Hall, the ice creamsat Dotties are made locally in Lancashireby the popular Moo2You. Using only thefinest ingredients, you can expect to seea wide choice of ever-changing flavours,from Jammie Dodger to wild cherry.
Fredericks Ice Cream
The home of award-winning Italian-style luxury ice cream. Everything they do is centred around producing the finest quality ice cream, an aim perfected over four generations of the same Frederick family.
Holdens and Co
Holdens & Co are famous for its dairy ice cream, which has been made to the same secret recipe since the day it started. Handmade on site, the ice cream has now evolved into a range of delicious flavours as well as the classics.
Holmes Mill
Freshly made artisan gelato is served at The Gelateria at Holmes Mill. Using locally sourced milk and cream with a pinch of sugar, there are 18 classic and innovative flavours available, including vegan sorbets.

From humble beginnings in 2001 when they created the first few pots of vanilla ice cream on the family farm, Mrs Dowsons have been focused on creating a quality ice cream with honest local ingredients sourced from there farm.
