7. Information Tour

To conclude the blue flag activities, we toured all the beaches where the artworks of the winners of drawing and photography competitions together with crafts created during the sessions were exhibited. Our representatives explained to passers-by and beach-goers the concept of Blue Flag and the criteria which makes a beach eligible for the certification.

8. Turtle Rescue Order Game

In collaboration with Nature Trust Malta, we organised an activity for primary school children. During this activity, a demonstration took place which outlined how turtles are harmed by fishing nets, lines and hooks as well as ingesting plastic. The demonstration was then followed by an order game which involved teamwork, discussion and presenting the order in front of the rest of the participants.
