Qawra Point Beach and the surrounding area offers visitors, especially photography enthusiasts, a unique opportunity to capture photos of a picturesque view. A group of energetic participants were asked to join us for an activity during the morning and just before sunset to capture scenic photos of this beautiful beach during such time slots. Despite all of the efforts done in promoting blue flag beaches, many people are unable to define the term ‘blue flag’. Our speaker explained that a series of stringent environmental, educational, safety and accessibility criteria must be fulfilled and maintained by beaches to attain blue flag certifications.
