For those driving Fv17, the Coastal Route: Skrøyvdalsvegen

Skrøyvdalsvegen Fv766 is a 57 km long detour from Fv17 (the coastal route). Turn west when you get to Høylandet centre, then drive towards Salsbruket. On the way there you can: see the awesome Skrøyvstadfossen waterfall by the road, stop at a viewpoint, try some birding, or go say hello to the animals at Setran Farm. Fishing licences can be bought from Utmarkscompagniet. They also offer exclusive hunting. The Giants kettles at Galtneset (p.7) are also worth a visit.
