Calle Mayor Armando Blondet #249 San Isidro (51 1) 615-3000 Anexo 710 dmc-peru@condortravel.com www.condortravel.com ITINERARY: Day 1: Cusco Upon arrival in Cusco, meet and transfer to your Hotel CITY TOUR + RUINS The tour begins at the Koricancha Temple, an old Incan palace and main center for the worship of the sun god, Inti. Once the Spanish conquered Peru, the Dominican order built a lovely church over top this temple’s foundations: the church of Santo Domingo, that is still there today. Your next destination is the Main Square, and then the adventure continues at the Sacsayhuaman Fortress built of enormous stone blocks expertly shaped by the Incas. It is strategically located at the top of a hill overlooking the city of Cuzco. What a view of the city! The tour continues with visits to three archeological sites three archeological sites: Qenko, Puca-Pucara, and Tambomachay, important religious and administrative centers for the Incas.Finaly you will visit the art workshop named Inkas expresion, that presents artists working on silver pieces and painting in wood. It is an ideal place for the ones that like andean art.

Day 2: Cusco F/D Ollantaytambo +Awanakancha+ Pisac Market + lunch You start off early this morning for Ollantaytambo, an Incan military, religious, and agricultural center located at the top of a mountain. From the perspective of the archeological site, you will look down upon the town of the same name and see its incredibly narrow streets and canal that has not changed since the Incas constructed them. After completing this leg of the journey, you travel to the town of Pisac, on the way you will visit Awanakancha, a store where you will find Peruvian Handicrafts and variety of fauna, after this you will visit pisac market which is quite captivating.

Lunch is included.

Day 3: Cusco Early in the morning, transfer from your hotel to the trains station where you will board the expedition train.

Full Day Machu Picchu – Expedition Awaiting you today is by far and away one of the high points in world tourism: Machu Picchu. Your adventure starts on a train ride to the city of Aguas Calientes, where you disembark and then board a bus that drives you to gthe actual Machu Picchu archeological site, where you will definitely have an experience you will never forget. The tour includes every nook and cranny of this New 7 Wonder of the World and UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site; afterwards, there is some free time for you to explore the site on your own, to relax, or to meditate.

At the agreed upon hour, you will descend to Aguas Calientes for lunch at a local restaurant and, later on, board the train for the return trip to Cusco; you will stop at the Ollantaytambo Station and be picked up and driven to your hotel.

without prior warning. Condor Travel will notify you of these immediately and adjust the prices accordingly.

General Conditions  A quote for a program or service does not represent a valid reservation. You need to expressly request a reservation.  All quotes are subject to availability and to price adjustments due to availability. The rates will again be confirmed at the time the reservation is booked.  Rates for VAT-exempt lodgings (The VAT in Peru is 18% and represented on recepits as IGV).

For the exemption to be effective, passengers must check-in at the hotel with their original passport as well as their Andean Immigration Card, both duly stamped by the Peruvian Immigration Department. National ID cards are only valid for passengers coming from MERCOSUR countries and Affiliated States.  You must present your passport when boarding all flights. We need the complete flight itinerary and its corresponding record locator (PNR). Without this information, we cannot solve any problem that might occur because of airline-generated flight changes.



Prices are valid if all services are booked through Condor Travel. If any service (hotel, train, etc.) is not booked through us, we will apply a surcharge or fee and notify you of it at the proper time.



The prices we quote for your company are strictly confidential and cannot be used or sent to any of our potentially competing operators.

Reservation Policy  Due to our suppliers’ reservation policies, we require:  Individuals: Complete passenger information 30 days before service begins.  Groups: Preliminary passenger list 60 days before group arrival.  Monasterio and/or Libertador hotels penalize for changes made less than 30 days prior to group arrival.

Payment Policy  Full payment for services must be made before passenger arrival, following these terms and conditions: o Individuals: 30 days prior to start of services. o Groups: 60 days prior to start of services (50% of total amount), 30 days prior (20% of total amount), and 7 days prior (remaining 30% of total amount).  

It may be necessary to put down a deposit or to make an advance payment for non-conventional programs, special events, or if it is the supplier’s policy. Condor Travel will inform you immediately of such a circumstance.

A 3.8% surcharge for financial processing costs will be applied to credit card payments.

Between 59 and 30 days before group arrival, we will charge 30% for cancellation costs. Between 29 and 15 days prior to group arrival, we will charge 50% for cancellation costs. If you cancel less than 15 days prior to group arrival, then we will charge 100% for cancellation costs.  No Show: If you cancel or are a no show, we will charge the 18% VAT for corresponding service fees.

Condor Travel Liability  Condor Travel’s liability for services not rendered and nonconformity with services purchased through us is limited. Condor Travel shall not be held liable for injuries, losses, accidents, delays, or any other irregularity that may take place due to omission or negligence on the part of the companies or individuals that provide transportation (or drive the vehicles), lodgings, or other tour-related services or for natural phenomena, disease, war, quarantines, strikes, interventions by police or customs / health authorities, or any other factor outside its control.  Condor Travel reserves the right to change any tour or excursion when it deems it necessary for providing better service to its customers.  Condor Travel shall not be held liable for required visas or vaccinations.

Train to Machu Picchu Remember that Condor Travel needs complete passenger information (full name, type and number of document, nationality, and date of birth) at least 30 days prior to the date of the trip in order to guarantee seating on the chosen train. This is the only way of assuring you have the proper seats.

Onboard Luggage policy Allowable passenger carryon bags: Any luggage not meeting the measurements cannot be taken aboard.

Passengers who will trek on the Incan Trail and who present the special authorized permit are eligible for the Exceptional Flexibility Policy for luggage.
