Protocols to be followed by guests at their accommodation Guidelines: Use the mask correctly (covering your nose and mouth) at all times during your stay. Ensure the mask is in good condition. Where applicable, allow your temperature to be taken upon entry, during your stay, and upon departure. People with a temperature 38° C will be unable to enter. Adhere to the procedure and frequency for hand washing or disinfection (before, during and after, as necessary). Disinfect footwear (the soles of the shoes) before entering. Respect the set timetables in common areas. Adhere to good sanitary habits when using the dining room and respect social distancing. Remove the mask only when eating your food. Respect all the preventative measures accommodation provider for social bubbles.

Vacate your room during cleaning hours. Choose virtual payment options (bank transfers, applications, among others) to minimize direct contact with personnel and lower the risk of contagion. Behave at all times in a way that prevents the spread of COVID-19. When coughing or sneezing, do so into a bent elbow or by covering the nose and mouth with a disposable tissue, and never use your hands directly. After sneezing, change your mask. And do not touch your eyes, nose and mouth without first washing your hands. Make contact if you have any symptoms of COVID-19 within 15 days of your departure.
