Central Oregon’s rst and largest winery, Maragas, is an award-winning boutique winery established in 1999. No Central Oregon wine tour is complete without a stop at Volcano Vineyards. After moving to Bend, from San Francisco, they launched with just two red wines: 2003 Merlot and Syrah.
