Saint Paul’s business community is tightly knit and centered on connection. There’s a palpable optimism that fuels the city’s businesses and it’s wildly inspiring to be part of that energy.

In 2017, Bethany, Alex, Liz and Erinn created The Coven, a community workspace for radical changemakers. “We tuned into data that said women+ were starting more than 1,800 new businesses each day,” says Bethany. “Our hunch was that women, nonbinary, and trans folks were searching for space where their professional and personal lives could intermingle.

“We started The Coven because we believed another world was possible. The Coven is open to everyone and today it has more than 1000 members who come from a wide array of industries including law, healthcare, finance, communications, government and politics.”

All 4 Coven Founders feel Saint Paul is:
