Do not throw away any product that has been reported damaged as a disposition authorization must come from DeGroot. Claims or shortages must be reported within 10 days after receipt of shipment. Protect from excessive heat or cold and keep away from moist or wet areas during storage. LIABILITY: We warrant our product to be viable, healthy, and free from injurious insects and disease upon receipt. We give no warranty to viability of our product after 10 days of receipt. We do not guarantee survival of plants potted or planted in the Fall. We accept no responsibility for the guarantee our customers give their customers. In no case will DeGroot be liable for any amount greater than the sum originally received for our product.
