All about brands We are a studio with the passion for everything about brands. We analyze how the brand is perceived in the market, we develop a good relationship with the target market and brands. We work on the product itself, on how it looks, on the packaging and on the essence of it. We study the experience and the relationship that the consumer has had with the brand in the past, we study the history of the brand, and we develop new strategies starting from that. We create a relationship and a connection between a company’s product and the emotional perception of the customer. We try to satisfy customer’s expectations, and to increase the perceived value of a product. We identify the core value of a particular brand and reflect the core value among the targeted customers. We s work on brand, corporate, product, service, or person. We build brand credibility, since we think that only credible brands can build brand loyalty, bounce back from circumstantial crisis, and can benefit from price-sensitive customers.
For each work, we develop a specific process. First of all, we develop the brand DNA. This is an investigation phase. We try to understand why the people love the brand, why they buy it, who buys it. We capture what the brand is about, the essence. The second phase of the process is the insite phase. We identify a hidden need that people have, a discomfort that the brand has the power to satisfy. We study people’s habits. The third phase is the forsite. We find and capture all the trends that can change dynamics. After all those analtycal phases we develop an idea, that will be simple and will guide all the future moves of the brand.
