Traveling exhibition REMAKE is a conclusion of the international art project, REMAKE: REthinking Media Arts in C(K)ollaborative Environments. As a continuation of an ongoing collaborative research of media art history under the title Monoskop, led by researcher and artist Dušan Barok. Several cultural organizations started REMAKE (with Atrakt Art as the main organizer) with the simple idea: to approach this internet research in an interesting and playful way and accept the challenge to present contemporary art works inspired by the rich history of media art in Central and Eastern Europe.
