VLK has partnered with this fast-growing, close-knit company for six phases of PMG’s continuing evolution since 2010 as the company experienced exponential growth, and have assisted in multiple studies to help develop growth strategies. The design of each phase has evolved with the company’s changing needs; the tech-industrial nature of each project offers a variety of settings that deliberately blur the line between formal and informal spaces to foster a culture of innovation and creativity. A variety of spaces are offered – including private workstations, phone booths, restaurant-style booths, open and closed conference spaces, and multi-functional coffee bars that also serve as charging stations and working bars for after-hours activities, as well as plenty of spaces for immersive brainstorming – allow employees to seamlessly transition from one work environment to another to suit their individual or team needs.
