High Fertility TRACEL BOLUS Long-acting ruminal bolus for ruminant cattle. Bimeda Tracel Bolus High Fertility is a unique long acting bolus that provides a balanced and controlled supply of essential trace elements. In high performance herds of cows, fertility has to be prepared for during the drying-off and postpartum phases. Composition: Iron element. Manganese carbonate. Calcium iodate Cobalt carbonate. Sodium selenite. Vitamin B12. Cr Protein: 1.96%, Cr. Fat: 8.91%, Cr Fibre: 0%, Cr Ash: 79%. Concentration of analytical constituents: Manganese (169 200 mg/kg) Iron (117 550 mg/kg) Iodine (42 300 mg/kg) Cobalt (8 320 mg/kg) Selenium (2 115 mg/kg) Vitamin B12 (50 mg/kg) This is not a veterinary medicine which is subject to authorisation by the Irish Medicines Board.
Contra-indications, Warnings, etc. Do not use in animals with known hypersensitivity to the active ingredients. Occasional temporary irritating swellings may appear at the site of injection. Administration Cattle over 200kg: 1 bolus. Cows: 2 boluses. Administer using a suitable balling gun, placing bolus at the back of the tongue. Take care when administering to avoid injury to the mouth and pharynx. Ensure the animal swallows the bolus. In adult cattle, a High Fertility bolus may be combined with Tracel Bolus Dry Cow or a Tracel Bolus Copper Plus. Warning Remember to take into account any other exogenous sources of trace elements in order to avoid exceeding the permitted limits. Precautions: Administer prior to feeding.
