CONSORTIUM' 17 Despite suffering from setbacks of a last-minute change of dates and an instruction day in the middle of the fest, Consortium'17, the management fest of VNIT, was convened with pomp and zeal that showed the popularity it has been gaining in recent years. The 3-day fest saw 'Start-up Conclave', 'Swades', 'Ascent' and many other events being successfully conducted which attracted healthy participation not only from VNIT but also from other colleges. Following the amazing Shirley Setia Pro-show of Consortium'16 was a hard ask but the Inaugral 'Roast OfVNIT' was a bag of laughs and was definitely the showstopper of Consortium'17. All in all, kudos to the Consortium'17 team for putting together an awesome show.

VNIT celebrated the 30th edition of 'Aarohi' from 24th_26th February. Every year, college students in all of central India participate in the various events which provide them with a platform to showcase their talent, be it dance, music, dramatics, debate, quizzing or art. 'A walk down the memory lane' was the theme of the event. There was a concert by Bollywood sensation Papan, and a stand-up comedy show by Daniel Fernandes. UGADI '17 Ushering the new year under sweltering heat, the Telugu festival of Ugadi was celebrated with much enthusiasm and strategically placed air coolers at the VNIT Canteen. The event began with a puja, to ensure that the new year would turn out to be joyful and successful. And then there was Panchangam, where the horoscopes for of all the signs for the new year were read out. Delectable food followed the main event, the six flavoured Ugadi pachadi was the star, complemented by tamarind rice and halwa. All attendees were dressed up and joyful, and resplendent with warmth in their hearts. As the priest pointed out, years may pass, students may come and go, but this tradition, this feeling of serenity and joy which is Ugadi will never cease to exist

Onam celebrations in September were as wonderful as ever since they were graced by our very own Dr. Vijaykumar and Dr. Chakravarthy who were part of the inauguration ceremony. Cheerful people, dressed to the nines in their saris, mundus and kurtas, filled the canteen. As is tradition, the pookalam nade was the biggest attraction of the day. The tantalising aroma of some of the best South Indian dishes permeated the air as the crowd danced away, waiting for finger-licking food. In the midst of all the excitement, the Keralite hosts did a marvellous job serving the guests who returned with stomachs full of food and phones full of memories.

PONGAL '17 Decked in the various shades of South Indian culture, the VNIT Canteen stood as a testament for the joyous harvest festival of Tamil N adu, Pongal. The theme this year was kept as 'jallikattu', as an ode to the youngsters of Tamil Nadu, who fought for the right to retain their culture. With the very same aim to celebrate Tamilian culture, the Pongal celebrations were held with pomp and joy, with a small introduction to the importance of the festival. Admist all the celebration, the incredibly tasty array of Tamilian food left everyone elated. With the shouts of 'Pongalo Pong al' reverberating in the air, like every year, Pongal continued to spread cheer and frolic in VNIT.

This March, VNIT welcomed in the Marathi New Year with its first-ever Gudi Padwa celebrations. The ceremony began with the prabhat pheri; its electrifying lezim to the enchanting beats of the dhol-tasha resonating with every onlooker's heart. The brightly adorned gudi was found atop the auditorium entrance, which also acted as a fortress for the much lusted-after stock of scrumptious puran poli and panha. As for the success of the day, the grins on everyone's faces, if only a little subdued by the heat, spoke for themselves.

INNOVATION AWARDS '17 Innovation awards are an attempt at recognising students who've taken the initiative to identify problems in their surroundings and provide solutions to them, technical or otherwise. This year saw breakthroughs in the fields of robotics, by Parag Khanna with his "Snake Robot"; architecture, by the students of the Architecture and Planning Department with their redeveloped deaf and dumb school in Shankar Nagar; education, by Omkar Zade with his Virtual Physics Laboratory; and medicine technology, by Madhusudan with his Saline Level monitoring device .

terview with Dr.Gautam Dutta As more and more engineering students from VNIT are opting to pursue an MBA after their B.Tech, MAG.COM caught up with Professor Gou tam Dutta of IIM Ahmedabad on his recent visit to the VNIT campus to pick his brain on the current trends.

Is it a waste of an engineering seat, if a student goes on to pursue a management degree and not give back to society technically? To a certain extent I would agree with you. Hence, we must generate equally challenging and equally paying jobs in the technical sector as well. The salary of an M.Tech graduate and an MBA should be at par. Also, engineering is not just about rote learning the 3rd law of thermodynamics, it's about visiting a power plant and relating the working of the boiler to the Rankine cycle. We have intelligent people in this country, we just need to channelize them well.

Why is it that the majority of students at IIMs are still engineers? One possible reason could be that these are the same students who have previously cracked the most competitive exam in the country the JEE! (laughs) We believe that engineers having gone through a four year drilling, have been trained to think analytically and thus, they are our first choice. (Chatterjee) Also, these students are the top brains in the country as these days, toppers are opting for science, and not arts or commerce. Hence, liberal arts colleges are not receiving students of that caliber. Do you think students should pursue a management degree immediately after their undergraduate studies or gain some work experience before doing so? IIMs run two different courses. One for students with 7 years or more industrial experience while the other is for students fresh from their undergraduate degree. I find that the quality of discussion in the classroom is far more superior in the former than the latter. The freshmen are bright but since they do not have industrial experience, their questions and reasoning are not at that level of maturity. This is the basic reason why we prefer experienced students vs non-experienced students .

According to you, what qualities should a student have to be suited for a career in management? Firstly, you must have a multi-disciplinary approach. You should be able to look at a problem from multiple angles and be able to think beyond. Secondly, you should be able to concentrate on excellence, group behavior and good dynamics. If you are an introvert, this is not your cup of tea. Lastly, you have to be flexible and be able to adapt to a changingbusiness environment.

What are the differences that you see in Indian institutes and those abroad, given that you have studied and taught in both environments? The curriculum there is far more assignment-based and less exam-oriented. The assignments are based on practical problems, created by the professors themselves. Hence, they challenge you and the scope for 'copy-pasting' is nil. Also, the Indian schooling system mentally drains a student by the 121h standard and hence, Indian students lose interest to study with the same intensity in college. However the scenario is the complete opposite there, with rigorous university level courses and a comparatively more relaxed schooling system. Is it true that a good research environment still doesn't exist in Indian universities? The research scene in India is steadily improving. Good researchers can be found in India too. It is no longer true that if you do your PhD in India, you are unable to publish. Professors with Indian degrees have published very well internationally. Also, the MHRD is under pressure that none of our engineering colleges feature in the top 200 colleges as part of the QS Rankings. Thus, good research is picking up in IITs and NITs as well. Should colleges give importance to extra-curricular activities for a more holistic development of a student? Definitely. But I feel that today's student is a Jack of all trades and king of none. My advice to youngsters is to follow one extra-curricular activity and excel at it, instead of focusing on too many. If you are playing cricket be a, Tendulkar. If you are playing badminton, be a Saina Nehwal. Excellence can come only from pursuing one or two activities passionately. (Chatterjee) Quality is a parameter here too. You should focus or select an activity that suits you. Don't pick up an activity on a mob mentality basis. "Sab katte pe dikhre hai, toh mujhe bhi Aarohi karna hai !" Every extra-curricular activity requires dedication, hard work and practice. And this practice is far more rigorous than that needed for your academics. VNIT currently has a few management courses as part of the curriculum. Do you think more such courses should be introduced as part of the engineering curriculum? No, instead just gain some industrial experience. Behavioral aspects such as team building are taught as part of the management training in industries. No matter whatever you do in life, team building is important. (Chatterjee) Engineering education is self-centered education, whereas management education is group learning. Hence, suddenly from a self-centered atmosphere you are thrown into a group learning atmosphere. Industrial experience provides as a good transitional phase. Industry also gives a good idea about the costing and accounting system. This is not taught in engineering. These can add on to your engineering skills.

Interviewed By: Abhijeet Krishnan, Akshay Bhawsar

As a prof at IIMA, how would you compare an engineering student vs a student from another background? From what I have observed during the admis. . . s10n process, engmeermg students lack fundamentals in engineering. For example they are unable to do matrix multiplication, 3*3 linear equation solving and recall the laws of thermodynamics. They say that these were things they learnt in their first year of engineering and have long forgotten. This pains me. If I can still remember my engineering fundamentals, I expect the same from my students. Most students decide to do an MBA only for the lucrative pay packages. On a parting note, what advice would you give a third year VNIT student who is on the verge of starting his CAT preparation? Follow your heart. If you like something, do it. Only then will you excel at it. Don't do it because everyone else is doing it or your parents are telling you to do it. I did operational research, nobody else believed in it. I have experimented a lot myself. I didn't like many of the fields I went into until I actually found my calling. (Chatterjee) One doesn't have to take a decision right now, like Goutam here, who got into management far later in his career. You have your whole life to make your choice.

ROBOTICISTS' ADVICE t

Few days in this college made them realise that academics alone wasn't enough for them to achieve their dreams. They tried explormg the numerous clubs our college has to offer in order to find their "perfect match". Khushdeep was a part of compering in freshers' while Parag participated in Bhangra. After the hustle-bustle oftliese events, they finalfy found IEEE to be the ideal place for them.Khushdeep started to work with a team in J anuary'14 with no internet or equipment, and ended up breakmg a room in HB 8/9 (Room no.36) in order to participate in the IIT Delhi Techfest. On the other hand, Parag formed atemporary arena in his room (maybe it still exists in G-8) and went to the IIT Kanpur Techfest.

t

Third year began with a rather hectic schedule. After almost LS years, and the efforts taken by the 2016 batch, the club was finally allocated some space in the library. Parag and Khushdeep represented VNIT at the Rashtrapati Bhavan at the 'Meetmg of Innovators'. They: also got an internship at Plymouth University:, UK. During their summer in fhe UK, Khushdeep worked on the design and fabrication of a Gripper for Open Source Tele-Operated Mobile Manipulator (CHAP), while Parag worked on applying Reinforcement Learning Algorithms (NSM) on real world tasks _performed by a robot. These projects were an immense cliallenge since they needed to explore things beyond their usual domains (but "assi fatte cha]{te"). They are currently working on "The Flying Snake"- a now patented idea of their seniors. They wrote a paper on the Prosthetic Hand which got selectea in the IEEE International Conference-ROBIO, China. China was a great experience barring the language and the food! Meanwhile they received an Excellence Award from the Director of VNIT for their innovative projects. The lab got shifted again to a place which one can hardly find in the college but that could never deter their will and enthusiasm:They still wish to see juniors carrying forward The Robotic Culture in the college. It usually so happened that only the two of them would end up completmg a particular project. They also wish to pomt out that contrary to popular belief, your pointer does matter a lot!

Second year started with Khushdeep switching his branch to ECE (his happiness knew no bounds!), and them becoming members of the Robotics club "IvLabs", which was still an upcoming name at the time. They: organized workshops, and guided juniors to utilize their time more efficiently.Tlie robotics lab in the Mechanical Department was not sufficient to accommodate the team, so they tried the same jugaad in the hostel but unfortunately failed this time (some say: the room was haunted). They soon made a Biped Robot with links fabricated on a CNC machine (wliich was worth more than a million). They were a part of the only team that did not get selected for the Texas Instruments National Level Contest that year. Hence, they decided not to apply to any IIT for a summer-in- Throughout this journeyi they were supported by their ternship, instead take up long_-term projects. This was seniors; Professor Shita Chiddarwar, l>rofessor K.M clearly a big decision tlien. They managed to survive Bhurchandi, to name a few; alumni, family, friends. the scorching Nagpur heat to build a Prosthetic Hand along with a -Smart Storage and Retrieval System.

Parag: To all my friends, just follow what you want

~md stay focused on your goals. Take risk.,s,,,,they are . important to shape you and your career. vv henever m doul;>t, j"gst follow a ~ingle road, you "".ill surely rea<;h a destmat10n. Be P,ersistent, because this outweighs mtelligence and talent combined.

Khushdeep: As the good times don't last forever so

don't the baa ones. Work hard and party hard, and make each daY. count. Motivate and guiae others. Make people laugh lin all regards). Enjoy your life to the fullest!

PS: We did a lot of other 'stuff in this college and hence are not only just robo-geeks!

Antiseptic The average person meets almost 10,000 new people in their lifetime, remembers about 1,000 people's faces but hardly recalls 100 people's name and the conversations they had with them. Among those 100 people, there are only a handful who stick by your side all through your life. We don't just remember people by their name or how they look, but we also tend to associate with them a very special memory, a memory very close to our heart or an experience which was unique in itself. Humans, being such strange creatures also tend to associate people with a smell, you pass by a cafe and the smell of freshly brewed coffee might remind you of the first ever date you went on 10 years ago, or the smell of freshly mowed grass takes you back to the fun picnic you had with your friends. I visited a friend in the hospital a few days ago and suddenly, that strong, pungent smell of tincture iodine and rubbing alcohol reminded me of a moment very close to my heart. I remember getting dressed in the white frock that I liked so much (freakishly good memory, I know), every s year old has their favorite, getting all dolled up to go out and have dinner with my parents. We were halfway there when my mother asked my dad if we could take a little detour and go by the doctor's first. That little detour turned my dinner time into my playtime with the doctor's funny-looking instruments and the nurses entertaining me every now and then. After an hour or so my father took me home, said I was to stay with our landlady of the night, mumma had to stay in the hospital, there was something wrong with her tummy, he said. I was sad and a little disappointed that we couldn't go to the fancy restaurant where they had mirrors on the ceiling and the waiters made funny faces at you, but at least I got to wear my favorite frock. The landlady fed me and tucked me in and I slept without a care in the world, wondering if I could try my new jigsaw puzzle the next day with mumma. The next morning my father and I went to see mumma in the hospital and that's when I saw him. Tiny little pink creature, all wrapped up in a white blanket, sleeping in my mother's lap. MY mother's lap! Such nice surprises your parents give you at times (Yes, this is sarcastic! A little warning would've been nice). I was surprised, I had no idea whether to be happy or sad about it, after all, I'd have to share my parents with him and I'd no longer be the center of their attention, but my heart melted a little when his tiny fingers wrapped tightly around my pinky and his big brown eyes opened a little and that tiny fellow went back to sleep again. That day, I didn't just get a little brother with whom I'd spend my childhood, ride on a bicycle, play dress up, practice make up on (he'll kill me if I tell him this now), but I also got a friend for life. It's kinda sad that I don't get to bicker or fight with him everyday or experiment with 'fferent foo • and feed him whether he likes it or not, but there will always be a special bon tter the between us. One might think all the tragic and sad memories are associated me it was a moment of joy. Such good memories, all from a whiff of antiseptic!

A lot of curiosity has surrounded the multiple construction projects being undertaken on campus. This article intends to address three key questions regarding these buildings, specifically, what purpose they serve, what consequences their construction will have on the student body, and the general reception of the VNIT public to this ambitious project. Of the four buildings currently being constructed, the first is the CRC - The Classroom Complex. Standing six storeys tall behind the library, the CRC is going to be used to conduct classes for all the students, from first to final year, irrespective of their departments. Ideally, the M.Techs will have their classes here too, but space may be a constraint. This aims to make commute for both professors as well as students easier. The original department buildings will be used for seminars, laboratories, and other purposes. The construction contract is currently being handled by CPWD and the estimated cost for the entire project is ~59 crores.

b b'J

Next up are the two new hostel buildings with their adjacent mega mess blocks. The boys' hostel will be 10 storeys tall, while the girls' will be 11 storeys. Each hostel shall have an adjacent mega mess connected by a pathway to their respective hostel in an attempt to make commute easier during the rains. The hostels are designed to, ideally, have single seater rooms for every student from first year B.Tech. t~ final year M.Tech., with each floor accommodating a specific batch of students. As for the old hostels, they will most likely be turned into guest houses and guest hostels.

What motivated you to join VNIT? After my higher studies, I hal decided to mme to Nagpur because my parents lived there. At the time, my rather was a professor and ymotherwasalsoworking. Unfortunately, soon afterward my rather had passed away. At first, I wasn't ready to come here because I had alread)j gotten a job in Mumbai, but then I decided otherwise. I ended up taking p a teaching faculty post in the Physics eµutment ofVRCE. The college is so inteesting, friendly and beautiful that I never wanted to return to Mumbai.

andarnsual ,wheneverVNITwould be close to losing, a student would jump in and try to stop the match. My lab was going on when a senior proferor entered and told me "Sir, the students are being beaten at the cricket match." When we reached there, we saw that tear gas and sticks were being mrl to mntrol the mob. The insµrtor walked over and asked me to control my students, saying that student mobs scared hlm. We finally manab'ffi to control the situation. It was a very unusual but memorable experience for me. How would you describe your experience as a Warden? I decided to bemme the warden at the time when ragging was at a peak. According to me, living in the ha;tel is an ideal real life learning experience that every student ought to face. For issues related to illnesses, studies or others - I find that 9'riorstudents step in as parental figures to junior students in such situations.

What difference do you find in the students, or the atmosphere as a whole during your time and now? myopnion, the student-teacher interaction at the time was really healthy for which one ofthefrdorscouldhavebeenthelimitedmeans of entertainment. Students mrl to love asking questions especially to younger teachers and watch them fumble. This was just a way of ~their love forthe proreror. lncrea;e technology in modern times ha<; led to reduCed student-teacher interaction. There was a ~aproferoranneupwith: "Powercnrrups paliticians, PowerPoint corrupts professors." Even though technology helps us develop, we bemme slaves to it.

What is one special thing you specifically miss about VNIT after your retirement? Despite it being many years since my retirement, the department is still quite friendly to me. I still play tennis games now as I did before. I am still a part of the deµntment and the mile~. So if you a<;k me what I miss, I would have to say nothing! It feels like I never left. I feel very satisfied here.

Do you have any fond memories or F.oments Wihich stand out when you think of your time in VNIT? rofessor B.S. Murthy; an ex-student of the Metallurgy Department, who is now a rofessor at Madras once jokingly asked, 'What job do you call a good job? The one which does not make you wait for Saturday and Sunday." e best part about my job was that we muld come on the weekends without the whole cumbersome permission process. ~ freedom is something I really enjoyed. 'Around 2-3 years into my service, there was a cricket match ofVNIT vs. a medical college

What would you like to offer as advice to the current students ofVNTI? Studies should be your first priority, there's no questionaboutit. Butthatisonlyonehalfofthestory. You must develop yourself to bemme a mature human being within these four years. Read good books. Develop your English because the truth is, you're going to need it. You should be able to explain well. Experience different cultures and enjoy your mile~ life. IX> not regret anything and do not make ha5te. Marks don't always matter but that doesn't mean you should deviate from your academics. Also, never forget your parents for they have done a lot to get you where you are.

Some memorable incidents from your time here? Incidents are neither good nor bad. Every incident is an experience which makes us grow. Here I want to quote a special one. I was in third year, when I along with 11 of my classmates went on bicycles for a nearby jungle trek during summer vacations. Criticizing the college & its professors for no good reason being 'fundamental right' of all students, and discussing girls their favorite past-time, time flew by before we reached the place. It was around 5 o'clock in the evening. After trekking for 2 hours, we realized that we had lost our way. No soul was to be found in the vicinity. The place was appearing like a perfect location for another tacky Bollywood Ramsay horror movie.

Your opinion on how VNIT is now I was a student and now faculty residing on campus. I feel that VNIT has become a better place to study, nicer place to teach and one of the best places to live in.

Your suggestions on where VNIT/its student population is lacking and how it can be improved They say there is always a scope of improvement in whatever you do. VNIT students are good and I'm sure they will become better with the experience. Henry Ford once said "Anyone who stops learning is old, whether at twenty or eighty. Anyone who keeps learning stays young". My suggestion to students is: Make learning a lifelong habit.

Soon it became dark and we reconciled to the fact that we had to stay there. There was no way to communicate with our families in those days and we were sure that they would be initially angry and later on worried. We somehow passed our time hunger, thirst and fear of wild animals. Many of us fell asleep on the ground due to exhaustion, What trends have you obwhile many could not. This nightmare was over served in VNIT over the when at about 5 o'clock we heard the noise of a years? truck horn. IIM is the dream instiform of lifetime opportunities as a faculty in the tute for many. Some want to institute. The incidents when I was made to chair sessions in various international conferences and when I was made chief guest at inaugural and valedictory functions at training programs made me humble. The experience of visiting many institutes as AI CTE expert was gratifying. The incident of getting doctoral degree was also a memorable one. Wardenship brought me closer to the younger generation. Incidents of helping the students in need give much satisfaction.

Also students know how to enjoy college life more than perhaps we knew. Everybody has something or the other to look forward to. I feel participation in one or more events like IGs, DGs, sports activities, Axis, Aarohi etc. is making the students ready to take on the life ahead. Interviewed By: Mohit Karekar

II

During my 3rd year, I was stuck with the thought of ''What next?" I was not looking for a job but a way ofliving life. Working a 9-5 in the corporate sector, or getting an MBA or Masters just did not appeal to me. I wanted to work for a cause, and not a profit-driven organisation. Keeping all this in mind, and the fact that I come from an army background, I chose the armed forces as a career. The selection procedure for the armed forces is quite long as well as tough. To be an officer you need to have OLQs (Officer-like Qualities). After appearing for a national level entrance examination, a few candidates get a call for SSB (Service Selection Board) interviews. SSBs are popularly known as "rejection boards" because out of the 300-400 well qualified candidates, only 2-3 are finally recommended. After clearing SSB, you need to appear in front of the medical board, and then an all-India merit list is announced. In the end only a handful of candidates make it to the training academy. It took me one year of full-fledged preparation, which mainly involved working on my personality. I cleared my AFCAT 2/2016 exam and got an SSB call for Air Force. The six days I spent at AFSB in Dehradun were full of experiences, and I was one of the 3 candidates recommended from my batch. In my next attempt, I was recommended for the Indian Army from SSB, Bhopal. I am set to join either of the two in July, 2017. Life in the armed forces is not easy. You have to make sacrifices on a daily basis, sometimes it's your family, sometimes it's your men, and in the end it's your own life.

Getting Published Shubham Wagh

Research

•Choose your field of interest or specialization domain. •This step is the least glamorous: Read, Read, and Read. Do a thorough review of the literature. Go to the library, Google Scholar or IEEE websites and read everything you can. Make notes for future reference. •Article review serves two purposes - 1)To learn what research has already been done 2)To build a good foundation and come up with a problem statement •If you have doubts, search for articles that may address them. •Now comes the most important part. DON'T GIVE UP. Eventually, as you go through many papers, you will begin to find loopholes or sense some incompleteness in them. Once you do, CONGRATULATIONS! You have a topic!! •Research on methods that could be used to answer your question, and you're ready to start your experiments. Select the tool you want to work on: MATLAB, LABVIEW etc.

Writing •Find which journal the papers you referred to were published in. Check their submission guidelines. •Once you get your results, put the whole thing in a standard format set by IEEE or any other journal. •There are multiple options for draft preparation: a conventional MS-Word Template or an advanced LaTex Processor. •Produce good-quality figures/tables with appropriate resolution (for an optimized web-viewing experience). Most journals provide a PDF for newbie-authors on their websites. •LaTex is preferable as it lets you focus on the content while the program handles how the output is formatted.

Publishing • Update your first draft periodically. Don't leave it till the deadline. • Approach your prof/seniors for proofreading. Don't worry about them stealing/copying your work. • Once your final draft is foolproof, follow the instructions of the journal/conference submission policy properly. •A proficient writing style which comes only with practice • Choice of journals or conferences is not easy for undergrads as it is a compromise between chances of acceptance and quality of journal, knowledge of which requires experience.

Footpathshala is an initiative run under UPAY (UnderPrivileged Advancement by Youth) NGO slum children. Here, we teach them on a footpath nearby their locality. The idea behind doing so is to attract more people for our cause and also to bring these kids out of their slum en-- - -vironment.

.r.-=-~or.

We teach them very basic things which are not covered properly in schools, but which would help them in carrying themselves forward in life. We tend to focus more on practical learning. We have realised that to make them interested, apart from studies, we have to attract them through - cultural, sports and art activities. An answer to this is "BALSABHA".

Our sole objective is not to make them an Einstein but to do whatever is possible so that they are kept away from the influence of the slum, which destroys them completely. Teaching is a medium of getting inside their lives, understanding them and then working on them, beginning 11..;;:;:..-.-1- - - - from the way they speak. Their parents work the entire day so they are at the mercy of the toxic slum atmos here. We fill the gap left by their parents by acting as their siblings as well as mentors. We are 10 students from VNIT and each of us have adopted 10 such children. We run this every evening from 6.30 to 7.30 near Persistent, IT Park. There are many things our college is capable ' f doing which could hel these kids get out of the slums and fulfill their dreams.

H11iliiiiii=11iM--

UPAY has three slum based centers as well as two beggar-zone centers where we teach children living on the footpaths.

_ Becoming a volunteer is a two way 12rocess, in the sense that many of us come with the desire to teach these children but more often than not, they end up teaching us a lot: how to be content with what we have as well as the fact that we shouldn't get lost in negativity. nus, eacli of our volunteers' journey in P:AYis a transformation from being selfish to selfless.
