John 3:13, “For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” Ask Jesus to come into your life and be the Lord of your life.” John 17:3, “and this life eternal, that thy might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.” This not only is a prayer, but the beginning of a marvelous revelation. What was started at salvation has no end. God wants to give you an unfolding revelation of who He is. He is Elohim - My Creator - Jehovah - My Lord God - El Shaddai - My Supplier Adonai - My Master - Jehovah Jireh - My Provider - Jehovah Rophe - My Healer Jehovah Nissi - My Banner - Jehovah Mikkadesh - My Sanctifier - Jehovah Tsidkenu - My Righteousness - Jehovah Shalom - My Peace - Jehovah Rohi - My Shepherd Jehovah Shammah - My Abiding Presence God’s word refers to other names for the Lord, but these twelve reveal His heart and nature. Who is in the boat with you? Jesus wants to give you the ability - He wants to bless you - He wants to give you peace - He wants to heal you - He wants to give his wisdom, knowledge, and understanding - He wants to give you victory - He wants to make you free from all oppression -

Ready or Not - It’s Bathing Suit Time! We hear how to choose the perfect bathing suit for every body type – slim, curvy, apple shape, pear shape – but what about the 'out of shape?' Yes, with this winter, it is no wonder if we gals have packed on a few extra pounds, making last year's bathing suit not this year's best look! Don't fret! There are sneaky ways to hide those extra pounds. Knowing your body gives you a direction for searching for the bathing suit that will hide the flaws and show your beauty. So, remember these tips in shopping for the perfect bathing suit: cut, pattern, color, and design - all can accentuate and disguise.

Small Bust - The perfect bathing suit tops that enhance the cleavage you have are the push-ups and padded tops. Avoid too much skin by trying a top that has ruffles or a horizontal neckline. This draws attention away from your small chest. Avoid tops that have horizontal stripes or patterns. Large Bust - With large busts it’s all about providing support. Choose a bathing suit top that has wide straps so you get plenty of back support, as well as tops that have foam cups or built-in bras that lift. Tankinis are a great option for busty gals that offer great coverage. To draw attention away from a large chest, wear a solid dark color on top and a solid light color on the bottom. Tummy Control - If you’ve got a little tummy pouch, your best bet is a one-piece swimsuit that offers an empire waist or side shirring. Some styles even have built-in control panels that create a slimming effect. Diagonal lines and patterns, dark colors and high-waistbands for a slimming look. Long Torso - The key to finding a swimsuit for long torsos is to create balance or the illusion of a shorter torso. Again, the tankini with a horizontal break or stripe under the bust line with high-cut bottoms is suggested. For a sexier look, opt for a one-piece with a cutout in the stomach area. long torso. Avoid high neck bathing suit tops as well as vertical stripes.

Short Torso - For women who are a little short in the midsection, bikinis will become your best friend! To create the appearance of length, go for bikini bottoms that sit low on the hips. If you’re looking for a one-piece bathing suit, choose a style that has a plunging neckline or vertical stripes. Stay away from boy shorts and bottoms with a skirt, since these make your torso look even shorter. Bottom Heavy - For big thighs or bottoms, draw attention away from the lower part of your body by wearing tops that enhance your upper body with halters, padded and push-up tops. Printed tops with dark, solid colors on the bottom will automatically cause the eye to move up instead of down. High-cut bottoms can slim large thighs and boy shorts provide excellent coverage. Also try a strapless style to balance out your figure. If you want the shopping process simplified, just visit http:// quiz.ivillage/com/diet/tests/bathingsuit answer a few questions, and based on your answers, you will be given a customized bathing suit design perfect for your body! So - go ahead – get ready for bathing suit time! www.carefair.com

It’s Spring! Tips to Get Growing By Crystal Robertson, UT Extension Agent

Crystal Robertson

“April showers bring May flowers”, the saying goes, and that means the beginning of gardening season. While Spring cleaning your lawn and garden this season, take some time to assess your land for potential problems and conservation opportunities. Your lawn and garden are probably the last places you’d expect to find pollution problems. After all, they’re part of nature, aren’t they? But behind the full foliage of your shade trees and generous bloom of your flowerbed, there may be dangers that can threaten your health and the environment.

On the average, homeowners use ten times more chemical pesticides and fertilizers per acre than farmers use on farmland. When these chemicals are applied improperly, they can find their way into drinking water wells or pollute nearby lakes and streams. Children are particularly vulnerable to chemicals that are stored or used without taking proper safety precautions. Exposed soil that washes away during a storm can harm wildlife habitats and choke waterways. Indiscriminate watering wastes large amounts of clean drinking water. It may seem that your contribution is minor, but the combined effects of thousands of homes can add up to be a major problem. While you’re getting geared up for another beautiful blooming season, here are a few tips to consider: 1.Soil Testing: Applying fertilizer without first testing your soil for its nutrient content is like taking medicine without knowing your symptoms. Your soil already has certain levels of the nutrients necessary for proper plant growth, such as nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. If you apply the wrong amount of fertilizer to your soil, you can actually increase the incidence of insects and disease. Testing your soil to find out how much of each nutrient is present takes the guesswork out of applying fertilizer. It’s possible that some parts of your property need regular applications of fertilizer while other areas need little or none. Soil testing will give you the answer.

Viola’s Tips: Salt and Vinegar See if they work! Put some vinegar in bowls when you are having company and the vinegar will get rid of cigarette smoke. Keep salt near the stove in case of a grease fire. Before washing a very greasy pan pour salt in pan and wipe with a paper towel. Clean coffee stains from aluminum coffee pots and porcelain coffee cups by rubbing a little salt on stain. Pour salt on fabric with a new grease spot on the salt and it will soak up some of the grease. Then scrub new salt gently into fabric and rinse before laundering. Soak new pantyhose in a salt bath, they are less likely to run. When making potato salad with hard cooked eggs, boil the eggs in salted water and you won't have a problem peeling them. Clean your copper molds or pans with paste of vinegar and salt.

2.Lawn testing: Many plant problems are caused by chemical overuse. Select the least toxic chemicals, or investigate encouraging beneficial insects and birds to feed on pests in your garden. Do not apply fertilizers or pesticides up to 24 hours before a rainfall. Runoff can wash the chemicals into storm sewers. Contrary to popular belief, water in storm sewers is not on its way to a treatment plant. Storm sewers form an underground network that empties directly into local bodies of water. www.HousekeepingHelpers.com

3.Water Conservation: Gardeners can take advantage of free water via the use of rain barrels, which capture free, soft, non-chlorinated rainwater and serve as a cost-effective alternative. These are inexpensive and easy to maintain, and they're simple to make. All it takes is a barrel, a hose, and some ingenuity. Typically, a resident directs a gutter downspout into a 50- to 60-gallon rain barrel. A hose can be attached to a faucet at the bottom of the barrel to release water by gravity. Mosquitoes can be prevented by covering the top of the barrel with a mesh material or window screen—or by adding a mosquito doughnut to the barrel. Conserving rainwater also reduces the amount of storm water runoff at home.

"Spring is when you feel like whistling even with a shoe full of slush." - Doug Larson

The key is doing your homework before you start treatment and identifying problems correctly. If you would like additional information or to obtain a free soil testing kit, please contact your county UT Extension office, or call me at (423) 743-9584.

Voice Magazine is hosting our 4th All About Women Expo & Craft Show with this year’s theme – “Giving Back to the Community” The scheduled events during the show are for entertainment, but most are to raise money for different local charities. Please join us in our supportive efforts of a weekend of “giving to the community.” The Fashion Show Luncheon – Friday, April 30 Five dollars ($5.00) from each Fashion Show Luncheon ticket ‘sold’ will be donated to the ‘Second Harvest Food Bank of Northeast Tennessee.’ Food barrels will be set up to receive donations. Please help us support their mission. Mission: Second Harvest Food Bank of Northeast Tennessee feeds the hungry by securing donations of food from national and local manufacturers, grocers, and individuals, and redistributing to qualified non-profit charities that feed the hungry in an eight county region of Northeast Tennessee composed of Carter, Greene, Hancock, Hawkins, Johnson, Sullivan, Washington and Unicoi Counties. The Mutt Strutt Doggie Fashion – Saturday, May 1 Emcee - Jurnee Allena Carr – Miss Teen Tennessee International 2010 This fun event is to raise awareness of the needs of the local animal shelters. There is not an entry fee for the contestants and no charge to attend, but we ask for donations of pet food, money, and/or other items. Our Emcee, Jurnee, is the 15-year-old daughter of Junior & Whitney Carr of Johnson City, TN, and is a freshman at Daniel Boone High School. An accomplished athlete, she excels in 3 sports: golf, volleyball & basketball while maintaining a straight “A” student status. Jurnee has a passion for animals and in 2007 she founded a non-profit organization: “Jurnee’s Journey: Helping All God’s Creation’s” which raises funds for No-Kill Animal groups to help save animals from being euthanized. Her website www.jurneesjourney.org gets several hits daily and is growing in popularity. Appearing on several local TV stations, radio shows, and sponsoring Pet Shows to help raise funds for her organization, to date she has raised over $4,500 & donated it all to help animals find loving, forever homes in our community. On a side note - In September 2009, Jurnee brought home the state title of Miss Teen Tennessee International 2010 and will compete for the National title in Chicago in July 2010. We wish Jurnee the best of luck raising funds for her organization and hope that she brings home the National title! The Bachelor’s Auction, Saturday, May 1 This ‘premier’ event with our show is set to raise money for the organization, ‘Abuse Alternatives,’ serving in Bristol, VA/TN, Washington County, VA and upper Sullivan County, TN. We ask for your participation and join us in supporting and raising funds for this dedicated organization. The Silent Art Auction – Sunday, May 2 We have the honor and privilege to host a silent auction with art pieces from local artists for ‘The Theatre of Bristol.’ Many of you know of my ‘love’ of the theater. We have a region rich in talent and creativity. Please join us in our support of the ARTS and the local children’s theatre. Local artists, such as C. David Cook, Tony Henson, and many more are donating the art pieces. The weekend of April 30- May 2 is packed with many activities and fundraisers. Please show your support to the local businesses and to the local organizations that count on your donations. We, at Voice Magazine, are honored to host this event and the activities! Come see it all – at the Bristol Mall!

Xà|Öâxààx dâxáà|ÉÇá 9 TÇáãxÜá Some of my colleagues show the most amazing insensitivity at meetings. They think nothing of talking with each other or “texting” while someone else is speaking. A few of them even use nail clippers and files during a meeting! Suggestions: For those who exhibit rude behavior by carrying on conversations while someone else is speaking; simply stop dead in your verbal tracks, glance over at the offenders and maintain eye contact until they quiet down and then resume speaking. If you’re not the speaker, try directing your glance at the offenders. Eventually, they should get the point. And for the frustrated manicurists, glance or glare at the nail clippers (the object- not the person) for a focused moment. Although you may not see immediate results, there’s a good chance the offender will get the point. Q. House painters, window installers and electricians have asked to use my bathroom. I couldn’t say no but I wanted to. Is it all right to refuse them, or is it poor taste? I feel is it an invasion and that they could drive to the nearest service station.

by Brandi Woodall Positive Approach Events & Consulting Spring is upon us and we’re all getting ready to raise the windows and clean out those closets. But wait a minute, what better time than to size up those sweaters and pants you’ve been wearing all winter long? When I refer to spring cleaning, I’m taking a good hard look at myself… my health AND well-being. I am embarking on a 60-day journey with the help of a fitness program that I will be evaluating called BrideBody Now. Because I am an event planner, I felt an evaluation would only be fair since I wouldn’t send Brandi Woodall a bride-to-be to taste cake without first tasting the cakes myself…maybe that’s how I got here? While fitness is a goal, it is not the only part of this journey. Throughout the process I will be maintaining a blog about the process of getting fit and about finding out a little more about who I am. I invite the contributors, readers, and advertisers in Voicemagazine for women, to partner with me in the journey as well. In exchange, I’ll be

A. Having work done on your house is already an invasion. I suggest you put away your dainty lace towels and personal items until the work is finished. It is not only good taste, but human decency requires that you allow people on your premises to use your bathroom. Q. May I cut my salad? My mother has always contended that it is impolite to do so. A. Yes, you can cut your salad. The lingering resistance dates from the time when knife blades were made of silver which reacted with the vinegar in salad dressings. Today, most knife blades are made of stainless steel and cutting your salad is simply a matter of personal preference. Just remember to never cut up the entire salad at once. Only cut one bite at a time. This also holds true for meat or anything else that requires cutting. Salad and potato served up!

Why eat sweet potatoes? The deep orange-yellow color of sweet potatoes tells you that they're high in the antioxidant beta-carotene. Food sources of beta-carotene, which are converted to vitamin A in your body, may help slow the aging process and reduce the risk of some cancers. Sweet potatoes are also good sources of fiber, vitamins B-6, C and E, folate and potassium. And like all vegetables, they're fat-free and relatively low in calories — one small sweet potato has just 54 calories. Why eat red beans? Red beans — including small red beans and dark red kidney beans — are good sources of iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, copper and thiamin. They're also an excellent low-fat, low-calorie source of protein and dietary fiber. Red beans also contain phytonutrients that may help prevent chronic diseases, such as cardiovascular disease and cancer Why eat salmon? Salmon is an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids — a type of fat that makes your blood less likely to form clots that may cause heart attacks. Omega-3s may also protect against irregular heartbeats that may cause sudden cardiac death, decrease triglyceride levels, decrease the growth of artery-clogging plaques, lower blood pressure and reduce the risk of stroke. In addition to being an excellent source of omega-3s, salmon is low in saturated fat and cholesterol and is a good source of protein. Why eat apples? Apples are an excellent source of pectin, a soluble fiber that can lower blood cholesterol and glucose levels. Fresh apples are also good sources of vitamin C — an antioxidant that protects your body's cells from damage. Vitamin C also helps form the connective tissue collagen, keeps your capillaries and blood vessels healthy, and aids in the absorption of iron. Why eat almonds? These tear-shaped nuts are packed with nutrients — fiber, riboflavin, magnesium, iron and calcium. In fact, almonds have more calcium than any other nut — 75 milligrams (mg) in one serving (about 23 almonds). Also, one serving of almonds provides half of your body's Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) of vitamin E. Like all nuts, almonds provide one of the best plant sources of protein. And they're good for your heart. Most of the fat in almonds is monounsaturated fat — a healthier type of fat that may help lower blood cholesterol levels. Why eat spinach? Spinach is high in vitamins A and C and folate. It's also a good source of riboflavin, vitamin B-6, calcium, iron and magnesium. The plant compounds in spinach may boost your immune system and may help keep your hair and skin healthy.

Here is a great example of a delicious, healthy salad: • two cups of green leaf lettuce • one-fourth cup raw green beans • one-fourth cup snap peas • one-fourth cup chopped tomato • one-fourth cup sliced carrots • one-fourth cup apple slices • one-fourth cup blueberries • one-fourth cup chopped chicken breast or salmon • one chopped hard boiled egg • one ounce of shredded mozzarella cheese • one-eighth cup walnut pieces • lemon and lime wedges

Ask the Wellness Expert by Dr. Karen Feeley

Do you know what contributes to fibromyalgia pain? Millions of people, the majority of which are women, suffer with related symptoms such as fatigue, radiating, gnawing, shooting or burning muscle, tendon, and joint pain. Their trigger points are sore, tender, and painful and they have increased sensitivity to heat, cold, touch and light. There is abundant evidence that links these symptoms of fibromyalgia to poor nervous system function.

Since our bodies are one connected system of bones, joints, muscles, ligaments, and tendons all carefully monitored and controlled by the central nervous system, keeping our body healthy Dr. Karen Feeley requires clear communication between our brain and nervous system. Any misalignment in the skeletal structure of our body can seriously hinder the body’s complex systems from functioning at their best. When parts of the spine are out of balance, a result could be chronic pain, which is the primary problem facing those affected by fibromyalgia.

As a matter of study, chiropractic actually ranks among the most effective measures a fibromyalgia sufferer can take. Chiropractic care is becoming increasingly popular among those suffering with fibromyalgia not only because of the pain and stress relief that it offers, but also because it often provides relief in relatively short periods of time.

The response of patients with fibromyalgia has been well documented over the years, under chiropractic care the majority of patients reported improvement and their improvement was maintained after one year or more with follow up appointments. In

different studies, patients were able to resume normal activities, reporting at least a 50% reduction in pain, less fatigue, and improved sleep quality, and most were able to return to full-time work. The American Journal of Medicine published one study stating that 45.9% -almost half- of people who suffered with fibromyalgia and sought care from a chiropractor experienced moderate to great improvement.

It is a chiropractor’s role to remove interference, or subluxation, by correcting imbalance in the skeletal structure, the result is restored proper communication and nerve supply. Increased nerve function allows your body to heal itself and to work as it was intended, thereby reducing and eliminating painful symptoms. However, left uncorrected, subluxations put severe stress on the brain, spinal cord, nerves, joints, ligaments, muscles, internal organs, and tissue of the body. In short, they disturb proper body function in all areas, resulting in a loss of wholeness and wellness. When the body is free of these interferences, our inner healer is better equipped to deal with dis-ease and the stress that causes health problems, including fibromyalgia. If you are one of the millions suffering from this painful condition, call our office 423-3237691 and schedule an appointment to begin your journey toward good health!

I Push…Push…Push and Get Things Done Then I’m Just So Tired but Still Can’t Sleep If this sounds like you, you may be suffering from a Hidden Hyper-thyroid. The Hidden Hyper-thyroid is by far the most difficult functional state to correct. It can be a complicating factor involved in most any health condition. These patients are generally in total mystery about why they feel the way they do. They have often been to a number of different doctors and have had numerous tests performed all with the same conclusion…the tests don’t show anything wrong. Blood tests are useless in finding this condition. Many patients have been diagnosed, by symptoms alone, as being hypo-thyroid and have been prescribed medications which provide no benefit and often make the symptoms worse. Many have even been placed on anti-depression and/or anti-anxiety drugs, to no avail. These patients are often highly energetic by nature, but they constantly deal with a deep underlying fatigue bordering on exhaustion, of which they are acutely aware. They push through this pervasive fatigue with coffee, sugar, B vitamins and other stimulants which actually worsen the condition over time. Many share the common characteristics of being highly intelligent, quick thinking and fast in “getting it”. Hidden Hyper-thyroid patients often speak rapidly and can be highly emotional often going through rapid and dramatic emotional swings for which they are prescribed drugs such as Prozac. They are known as the person who can “get things done”. They feel better mentally and physically by staying busy. The energy required to sustain this level of activity comes from shear will power and causes them to crash when they slow down at the end of the day. However, instead of falling into a deep, refreshing sleep, they have a great deal of difficulty falling asleep and/or staying asleep. They describe their sleep as, “looking at the clock every half hour just praying for morning to come”. Hidden Hyper-thyroid patients often feel and hear their hearts beating at night and regularly have an increased heart rate that is aggravated by even slight exertion. Hidden Hyper-thyroid patients often suffer silently, because they appear healthy and no one can pinpoint what’s causing their health issues, they may be concerned that others will consider them a “complainer” or a hypochondriac. End your misery. It is possible, for you to regain the health and vitality you deserve. Call 423-202-6216 and schedule a complimentary analysis, or ask for a free information packet. These are three treatments clients tell me have been recommended to them, or that they have tried, for treatment of acne, without success. Accutane. The original manufacturer, Roche, has withdrawn it from the American market, though the generic is still available. In their publication "intended for U.S. audiences only", Roche admits Accutane can cause birth defects and may cause serious mental health problems including depression, psychosis, and suicide; stomach problems causing severe pain, difficulty swallowing, heartburn, diarrhea; bone and muscle problems causing pain in joints or muscles, and possibly stopping long bone growth in teens. For the entire article, use your favorite search engine. Keywords: Roche Accutane withdrawal. Laser treatment. Research is very limited. The American Academy of Dermatology explains: The use of lasers to treat acne is still in the investigational stage and may not be the first choice for treating acne. If you are considering a laser or light therapy to treat acne, you should know: Controlled studies with a large number of patients are needed to know which therapy is best for which patient and to evaluate the effectiveness of each therapy. Table Sponsorship Opportunity

YWCA Tribute to Women is an annual awards program that honors the achievements of women in our region. This 19 year -old program provides corporations, organizations and businesses a way to publicly recognize exceptional women in the Tri - Cities and is attended by over 300 individuals each year. Tri -Cities businesses are invited to sponsor a table at the event as a great marketing and networking opportunity — while helping to support the many community service programs of the YWCA, like affordable childcare, teen pregnancy support, and daytime elder care. Table Sponsors are listed inside the printed program , on table tents and the event seating chart which is displayed at the entrance.

For more information or to make a reservation, call the YWCA at 423.968.9444 or email -s_helton@ywcabristol.org.

YWCA Provides Elder Care with Dignity Since the elderly are one of the largest growing populations, there is a critical need for safe, supervised care for aging adults. Many cannot be left at home alone due to safety concerns related to physical frailty, Alzheimerʼs, and dementia. The YWCA Daytime Elder Care program was created to help support families with this need The YW Elder Care staff goes to great lengths to help their senior clients keep their dignity and sense of independence. For example, the program coordinator partnered with one clientʼs son, Bob, to create the illusion that his motherʼs time at the YW was her work. The son shares about his mom, “She was independent-minded and feisty. No way could I approach her head-on and say, ʻWeʼre gonna take you down to adult care because you need someone to look after you---that just would not fly!ʼ” Ingeniously, Bob approached the YW program coordinator with a strategy. He gave the coordinator a $20 dollar bill in an envelope and asked if she would give the money to his mother at the end of each week to preserve her impression that coming to the YWCA was her job. The son shared, “That became so important to her because she kept her independence. She kept her worth---in being able to do things and keep her schedule---it was one of the few things she could still keep up with.” Even now that Bobʼs mother has graduated to the need for 24-hour care, she now believes that she in on “medical leave” from her work at the YWCA---and her dignity is preserved. If you could benefit from assistance in the care giving of an elderly loved one, YWCA Bristol invites you to explore their unique program. 10 Years Running – Racing for Animal Control The Animal Defense League of Washington County is happy to announce that for the 10th straight year we are having our annual fundraiser – Animal Chase Races.

NO IT’S NOT WHAT YOU THINK! There is not going to be a race where animals are chased. The title –Animal Chase- is a little deceiving, but hopefully eye catching. The Animal Chase Races in reality are a 5K, 10K and 1 Mile Kids run. This fundraiser began 10 years ago by a member and avid runner with a real love and concern for animals. Monies raised from this fundraiser are utilized to support a spay/neuter program. We are the humane organization for Washington County Virginia. The ADL was formed in 1980 and reactivated in 1999. The mission of this organization is prevention of cruelty to all animals, relief of suffering among animals and extension of humane education. The ADL’s goals are to raise awareness of overpopulation, sponsor a spay/neuter program, prepare pet care educational programs for children and promote the low-cost spay neuter clinic. The ADL provides financial assistance to persons who wish to spay/neuter their pet but do not have the finances to do so. The organization works closely with the low cost spay/neuter clinic and area veterinarians to subsidize spays or neuters. The actions of the ADL can be reflected in the euthanasia rates at our local animal shelter. Much to the credit of the volunteers, the ADL not only operates a spay/neuter program, but also is very active in a feral cat program, and

work at the PetSmart, Exit 7, to help adopt homeless cats. This organization is critical because it is not just preventing more stray and homeless animals but for educating the community and especially children. The races are held on the Virginia Creeper Trail and begin at the trial head in Abingdon. The date of the races will be May 1, 2010 and the first race begins at 8:00 am. Pre-registration can be done by either calling Debbie Blankenship, race director at 276-608-4983 or by going to the State of Franklin Track Club web site – www.runtricities.org to print a registration form. Race day registration starts at 7:00 am. T-shirts, trophies, door prizes and a good breakfast will be available for race participants. There are cash prizes for 1st place male and female in both the 5K and 10K. Come join us for a fun morning and a very worthwhile cause.

From top to bottom: BooBoo, Bitsi and Babe. They were rescues that were fostered and placed in loving homes.

When Does “Senior” Start? So when is a pet considered a senior? Generally, smaller breeds of dogs live longer than larger breeds, and cats live longer than dogs. Some small dog breeds may be considered senior at 10-13 years, while giant breeds are classified as seniors at ages as young as five.

Regular veterinary exam is needed to catch and delay the onset or progress of disease and for the early detection of problems such as organ failure and osteoarthritis. It is recommended every six months for a complete exam and laboratory testing. Keep in mind that every year for a dog or cat is equivalent to 5–7 human years. In order stay current with your senior petʼs health care, twice-a-year exams are a must. Keep your pet active and exercise. Sensory Changes With the senior years comes a general “slowing down” in pets. Playing and training are excellent ways to keep their senses sharp.
