PCS-JCМ Series Jaw Crusher
PCS-JC and PCS-JX Series Jaw Crushers are mainly used as primary crushers. Their main purpose is to produce material that can be transported by belt conveyors to the next crushing stages. The crushing process takes place between a fixed and a moving jaw. The top side of movable jaw plate is hanged on the main frame through eccentric axle and roller bearing and the bottom is supported on the toggle. Fly wheel and belt wheel are installed on the two ends of eccentric axle. An adjustable range of the discharge opening allows to control the granulometric composition of the final product.

PCS-IC Series Impact Crusher PCS-IC Series Impact Crusher is usually used as a medium crushing machine after a coarse crushing. It is capable of crushing mineral rocks having compressive strength up to 320 MPa, featuring with greater processing capability and finer discharging particles. The crushed products are of cubic shape having low flakes and no internal cracks. Central feeding accompanies with circular feeding: the materials fall into feeding hopper, drop from circular hole, divided into two parts of materials by separating plate, one part of which enter into high-speeding swing wheel through separating plate, and the other part fall down from separating plate. The materials entered into swing wheel are accelerated rapidly inside the swing wheel. Then ejected from swing wheel in high speed, the material firstly impact the other part of materials which are freely-falling after dropping from the separating plate, then impact the eddy under layers together inside the eddy cavity, and afterwards impact upward after rebounding to the top of eddy cavity, which will change its motion direction.

PCS-CC Series High-Efficient Combined Crusher
PCS-FC Series Super-Fineness Energy-Saving Crusher has been developed and improved by combining the advantages of the technology from Germany, so that the structural design has been further optimized. These crushers feature of rational multi crushing cavities and novel double adjusting mechanism, which can ensure 85% of the discharged materials less than 3 mm, and the uniformity of the product fineness can be controlled. Easy access for maintenance has made the hammers and screen bars replaced much easier. This series of crushers also feature of stable operation, low dust and less power consumption which have prestigious advantages when comparing with conventional crushers. These crushers have been widely used for crushing mid-hard materials such as limestone, cement clinker, iron ore, shale, dolomite, gypsum, pyrites and mineral slagin chemical, construction, mining, coal processing, sand making , refractory industries etc.

All the wearing parts are made of new type of high chromium alloy materials with multiple elements so as to ensure the abrasive property and impact-resisting property of hammers and liner plates.
РCS-CC Series High-Efficient Combined Crusher combines the functions of primary and secondary crushing, can crush 450-1000 mm mineral stones into 5-8 mm particles directly. The PC Series crusher has created the history of producing cement by reducing 1/3 investment on the equipment and saving half of the power consumption as well as maintenance cost. This series are widely used in mineral stones, cement, building materials and chemical industries for the materials with compressive strength less than 200 MPa, such as limestone, clinker, gypsum, coal, etc. When the breaking strength overpasses 140 Mpa, the capacity will be effected.

The main part of PCS-CC Series Crusher is the rotor with hammer heads. The rotor consists of a main shaft, disk, pin shafts, hammer handles and hammer heads. Driven by the motor, the rotor rotates at a high speed in the crushing cavity. The materials enter the crusher from the feed inlet at the upper part, and then are crushed by the beating, impacting, shearing and grinding of the hammer heads which move at a high speed. Impact plates are available at the upper part of the rotor, beating plates at the back, and sieve plates at the lower part. The crushed materials with a graininess smaller than the mesh size will be discharged, while those with a graininess bigger ones will be kept on the sieve plate and continue to be hit and ground by the hammer heads until they are discharged through the sieve plate.

PCS-SW and PCS-TW Series Sand Gravel Washer PCS Series Sand Gravel Washers are used cleaning and removing the dirt and contamination mixed in sandstones. It has been widely used in roads, water conservancy, construction, etc. It features of novel sealing structure, adjustable overflow weir and reliable transmission system, which ensures washing and dehydrating efficiently. Washing: The sand enters into settling tank through feeding box and then rolls and whets under the running screw plates so as to remove the contaminates covered on the sandstones. Meanwhile, it can destroy the water vapor layer covered on sandstones so as to dehydrating. Water from the multi-hole makes a rising flow to take the contamination with lower gravity out of the overflow weir, and to accomplish the process of washing. Dehydrating: particles with heavier gravity sink to the bottom of the groove beside the bending plates of the bottom groove, the screw plates push the sand up.

The sand washer is installed at 15° slope, three overflow weir surrounded below the water tube to make up a settling tank, the head of the screw goes into the settling tank, the screw turns and is driven by the electric motor with the reducer, clean water is given by multi-hole plate on the bottom of the settling tank.
