for music venues, theaters, galleries, and the typically thriving arts communities of the Chippewa Valley. Venues that were normally filled with joy and passion have had their lights out, curtains down, and gallery spaces empty for months, forcing the energetic local arts scene to nearly go dark completely. But

now, as COVID-19 vaccination rates increase and the world opens back up – blossoming slowly – theaters are flicking on their spotlights, galleries are putting art back up on their walls, new albums and singles from local musicians are reaching your ears, and the arts scene seems to be on track to returning to its former glory. Here’s a sneak peek into the bustling upcoming season of some of our favorite local music, comedy, theater, visual arts, and literary events.
