WHO WE ARE
cari + carl is a knitwear studio specialising in luxury shawls and scarves. The knitted accessories are crafted from enticingly tactile and intriguingly structural fabrics using luxurious materials. These unusual fabrics make strikingly eye catching yet classic accessories, with the limited production adding hint of exclusivity.
THE COLLECTION
The luxurious cari + carl scarves and shawls feature braids and knots meandering through knitted fabrics, all made from luxurious merino wool with a touch of mohair in dark charcoal and light grey. Solid areas of knit are punctuated by voids, creating fabrics that are evocative of nets and lace. The voids alter as the fabric is moved, resulting in a dynamic aesthetic that changes depending on how the scarves are worn.
KNOTTY LOOP
A striking infinity scarf with a structural pattern created by looping rows of knots, made from luxurious merino wool with a touch of mohair in classic charcoal and light grey. Wear it hanging long for the full impact of the pattern.
INTERWEAVE SHAWL
A large enveloping shawl made from luxurious merino wool with a touch of mohair. The monochrome charcoal and light grey create a classic winter shawl. Wrap it three times around the neck and shoulders to create a super warm cocoon or drape it long down the body so the striking pattern stands out.
BRAID
LOOP
A loop scarf with a striking cable-like scrolling pattern in charcoal and light grey. Knitted strips move under and over one another creating a structural braid, made in luxurious merino wool with a touch of mohair.
HUMBUG LOOP
A looping infinity scarf combining twisting braids on one side and classic stripes on the other. Wrap it around twice or leave it to hang long so the pattern is on show. Made from luxurious merino wool with a touch of mohair in charcoal and light grey.
KNOT
NET SHAWL
A net of granny knots creates a striking structural pattern, resulting in a chunky winter shawl. Made from luxurious merino wool with a touch of mohair in charcoal.

Developed from the popular Interweave Shawl, the Interweave Loop is a chunky loop for extra warmth and greater visual impact. The bold fabric structure of the Interweave Shawl has been enlarged for a bold aesthetic. Made from luxurious merino wool with a touch of mohair, in charcoal and light grey.
