CONCEPT
SYMBOLS (master plan) Number 8: The lucky number in Chinese intellection. It means the properity, the eternal. Canals: District 8 is the one of the area covered by the canal system. Using it to design the landscape.
CURVE (facade) Apply the shape of the traditional boat which existed on canals- the transportation of residents. Curves are made to interleaved.

Nguyen Khac Nhu is a rather short street in Co Giang ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, but there are many schools: Luong The Vinh primary school, Luong The Vinh high school, and Van Lang University. The traffic of pedestrians on the sidewalks is quite large and most of them are children. However, we noticed that the sidewalks here at certain hours are often occupied for the purpose of business and parking. And there are some parts of the afternoon that will be very sunny…
We decided to design back the sidewalk for pedestrians, especially children, add some shade, plant more trees and have more benches for the children to sit on… We hope for a little change. On the sidewalk will help children feel safer and more excited on the way to school, as well as contribute to adding a little color to the school area there
