Summarizing Ardya Commissary situation before my interference was as follow:

Studying the demanded quality of SBX I had established and qualified the needed raw material. This home work gave us a clean view of what qualities of row material is needed and consequently I requested our procurement department to see best local suppliers or even identify international manufacturers for long term based on the said study I arranged for the necessary storage for said quantities for a period of 3 months located at the second floor yet allowing for necessary fridge or cold stores for products which need stored in cooled environment. Further we have study the necessary logistic to separate long-term storage from daily consumption to insure quality products.
