Demand high for new subdivision Monique Bergman
The demand for land in Richmond remains high with a large number of house and land packages already sold in a new 53 lot subdivision located off Wensley Rd. Construction is underway on Langdale Grove, a former berry farm, owned by Home Living Solutions, a syndicate made up of four local businessmen. Graham Vercoe of G.J.
