Katherine Reisima [nee van Woerkom] coached Dalefield to win the Wellington Premier Championship for the second year in a row, in her first season as player-coach. The team overcame some early season losses to qualify for the top four. There they beat Hutt United to set up a final against Harbour City. Dalefield held a 1-0 lead until conceding a goal in the last minute, which sent the game to a shootout. Dalefield goalkeeper Amy RossiterStead saved all three Harbour City attempts, while Dalefield scored all three to lift the trophy.

Mark and Paul coached Greytown to the first unbeaten season in WairarapaBush premier club rugby in about 15 years. Not only did Greytown win the Chris ‘Moose’ Kapene Memorial Cup as premier champions by triumphing 30-25 over Carterton in the final, they lifted the Lane Penn Trophy for winning the inaugural ‘Town and Country’ series, beating Eketahuna 63-21 in an outstanding display of attacking rugby in the final played in front of a passionate home crowd.

Mark coached Liam Lamb to fourth all-time best time of 3.43.23 for the 1500m junior boys in New Zealand history. He coached Lamb to a World University Games Qualifier in both the 1500m and 5000m events. Mark has coached numerous athletes to World Master Games’ medals, NZ records and age group records. He runs the Run, Jump, Throw programme for primary school pupils, and conducts weekly training sessions for his athletes and spends plenty of time working with individual athletes when they need help.

Radha was named the 2021 NZ Football Junior Coach of the Year. Radha coached two junior teams for Douglas Villa. She initially coached the 11th grade DV Titans, but then put her hand up to coach the 12th grade DV Hotshots once she realised there was no one to coach them. Radha also ran one-on-one sessions to help individuals in her teams who wanted extra coaching. The kids love Radha and her coaching style. They also enjoy the additional team building activities that she arranges for them.
