wedding rings

The ring is an emblem of companionship through time, a symbol of devotion and an agreement between parties. The tradition and symbolism of the ring is as strong today as it has ever been.

A circle has no beginning or end and is therefore a symbol of infi nity. It is endless and eternal.

Wedding rings are most often worn on the fourth fi nger from the right on the left hand, particularly in western countries but, you’re also welcome to wear your wedding ring on the righthand ring fi nger.

Bridalwear

A wedding dress or bridal gown is the dress worn by the bride during a wedding ceremony. Th e colour, style and ceremonial importance of the gown can depend on the religion and culture of the wedding participants.

In western cultures, white gowns have been adopted following Queen Victoria and Albert’s marriage in 1840. In the eastern world red is considered good luck and depicts promising fortune.

For brides, considering the outfi t they wish to wear to be married in, is one of the most major decisions in the wedding planning. It is deeply personal and there are many bridal businesses which can help. Th ere is a growing trend towards the re-use of dresses too making it more aff ordable for brides to look a million dollars, without breaking the bank!
