Measles: We will comply with the Toronto Public Health procedure and students with incomplete vaccinations or an exemption from receiving the vaccine will not be allowed to attend school until the outbreak is over or they have been vaccinated. OTHER CHILDHOOD CONDITIONS Conjunctivitis: Exclusion from school until eyes are back to normal Impetigo: Exclusion from school until treatment has started Lice: The office must be notified immediately of any discovered cases of lice. A student with lice cannot return to school unless they have been treated. An e-communication will be sent to the child’s class to notify and provide instructions on how to prevent the acquisition and spread of lice. We recommend contacting our lice check provider, Lice Squad, for more information or assistance: http://www.licesquad.com/ Evacuation Procedure Safety is of prime concern to us. In the event of an emergency, be assured that every effort will be made to contact you. If we are unable to do so, the name given as an emergency contact will be called.
