And just like that, summer’s over, the kids are heading back to school and the fall new homebuying season starts. And what a start it’s been in Edmonton!

The entire Edmonton region has been enjoying a particularly hot summer – and not just weatherwise, as the new home market continues to heat up with the introcudction of new communities. Rohit Land Development’s Kinglet Gardens – the focus of our cover story this month – is leading the charge.

Grand celebrations are expected to usher in this long-awaited community in the northwest on September 17 – it’s Rohit’s biggest community event in two years - and we hope to see you there.
