You can produce a data handling model for a specific audience or task. You can create control routines for a specific purpose.

Level 7 You can create a professional document in different ways to various target audiences. You can design and create a data handling system for a specific end user’s needs. You can produce a complex model for multiple end users needs. You can create complex routines for a control model.
