Brief, Research and Development When the brief was released, everyone was asked to sit in groups and work as a team. The day started by discussing the brief. Having been asked to produce a concept for a new magazine, the possibilities were endless. It was important to try and consider every possible avenue before making a decision, as there are already so many publications out there, so it needed to be different. After much discussion and sharing ideas, the group decided to create a magazine
called ‘A Day In The Life’. The magazine would be filled with stories of people’s lives in various occupations. This would be to provide an insight into other people’s lives and help them to appreciate what they have. It was a lot of fun producing all of the various ideas, but this felt as though it was the most appropriate to take forward and develop.
