Las Parotas Club de Golf Huatulco is located 20 minutes away from Huatulco’s international airport and close to most of the important hotels in the area. “A RENEWED EXPERIENCE” In 2013, the course was totally redesigned. Now golf in the destination is truly well represented by this world-class course. Taking into consideration the delicate balance of the ecosystem and using cutting edge technology, the layout of the holes, bunkers and greens was modified. To achieve better fairways and faster greens with an overall low environmental impact, the course was seeded with grass that is ideal for the weather in Huatulco. Thanks to the redesign, the course was nd recognized with the 2 place of the 2014 “Renovation of the Year” award by Golf Inc Magazine. Nature lovers will be thrilled as year round migratory and endemic birds are always seen as well as iguanas, small mammals and even crocodiles find their home on the course. Finally, the course name was also changed to “Las Parotas” honoring the enormous and majestic trees found along the 18 holes. “A FUN CHALLENGE” On the front nine, water comes into play as the fairways lead golfers from the Clubhouse to the Pacific Ocean where Hole # 4, our signature hole is located. This 154 yard par 3 runs parallel to the beach and the challenge is to calculate the wind and the right distance to the flag which is slightly hidden behind a slope. The back nine is set for a dramatic change of scenery as the holes are played towards the mountains. In general, the course offers a constant balance between challenge and fun for all level of players. Long hitters will find several opportunities to take advantage of the new design by calculating the risk benefit along the course. “CLUB HOUSE” The Club house has a tranquil terrace where a typical Oaxaca breakfast or even just a snack can be enjoyed accompanied by your favorite beverage.

PRO SHOP” Soon the Pro shop will have a selection of well known golf brands of clothing and accessories for ladies and men. Currently, golfers can find all the essentials such as balls, gloves and top brand rental sets. “FIRST FORE! & GOLF LESSONS” First Fore! is a fun golf learning program ideal for medium to large groups. The program was designed to allow the student to start playing golf within the first 20 minutes on the driving range using dynamic teaching techniques. The goal is that students learn the basics and experience playing golf in the same time that it usually takes to play a round of golf. After learning the basics such as short shots, long shots and putting, students go out and play a couple of holes with the instructor to test their new knowledge and add a finishing touch to this fantastic golf experience. First Fore! will be available late 2014. At the club, our instructors provide individual or group lessons for all ages and levels of golfers. “GROUPS & TOURNAMENTS” Our facilities and experience in tournament organization allow us to deliver an outstanding experience for small groups, corporate clients, incentive groups or tournaments up to 50 players. Our food and beverage options for tournaments are quite complete ranging from a breakfast or lunch buffet, box lunches to cash bars or full open bars. Whether this is your first time or you have previous experience in tournament organization, our staff will always be ready to listen to your needs and provide the best recommendations to make your event professional and unforgettable.

“DRESSCODE” Gentlemen: Collared shirts, trousers or Bermuda shorts are appropriate. Sleeveless shirts, sweatpants, jeans, swimming suits and denim are not allowed. Ladies: Golf dresses or golf shirts, mid-tight length shorts and collared shirts are appropriate. Halter tops, sweatpants any type of denim and bathing suits are not allowed.
