These switches uniquely blend multiple 12AX7 tube stages, letting players reconfigure the gain, EQ and attack of their preamps – options traditionally not offered to players unless they have their amps permanently “modded” by a technician. The two Double Cross Lead channels are

voiced differently, with Lead I catering to a modern heavy tone and Lead II offering a more traditional, high-gain “cranked amp” lead tone. Special features include an all-tube, footswitchable effects loop; two different 4x12 speaker cabinet emulations on the XLR Direct Out; a 6L6-EL34 bias switch for changing output tube types; and a 5-function footswitch that activates each channel, a variable Boost function and effects loop.

Double Cross speaker cabinets take the classic 4x12 concept and elevate it to an art form. The top, bottom and two sides of a DC 4x12 are all cut from a single sheet of voidfree Baltic Birch plywood, recognized for its rich, “woody” tone. Cutting the cabinet from a single sheet of Birch enhances the overall resonance because each piece has similar structural and density patterns. THE CONTENDER

The Contender™ is an 18-watt tone machine that borrows special features from its big brother, the Defender 112. Using a unique high-voltage 12AX7 tube preamp design, the Contender harkens back to the small tube amps of yesterday: chock full of sweet tone and snarling attitude.

For example, Kustom’s Duo-Mod™ preamp circuit uses Volume and Master Volume controls but in an all-new way that provides stunning clarity and articulation at any gain level: low, medium or high. A Master Volume bypass switch helps provide the penetrating tone and headroom of vintage, non-Master amplifiers – perfect for stomp box users! Other goodies include a footswitchable, variable Power Amp Boost control to get solos front and center; a Bias Adjust switch to run EL34 or 6L6 power tubes and a Ruby® spring reverb unit for vintage-approved ambience.

A 1960s-era Pine cabinet is a key ingredient to its lively tone. Controls provided are Volume, Bass, Treble and Master, as well as Bright and Master Volume Bypass switches. With the Master engaged, it’s easy to get chunky overdriven tones that ring with clarity. With the Master Bypass switch engaged, the amp is pure old-school, eliminating the Master Volume circuit entirely.

High Voltage (HV™) Amplifiers provide the punchy tone and responsive touch of classic tube amplification but with less weight and a lower price than all-tube designs. The key is an exclusive system that combines a 12AX7 preamp tube -- known for its robust tonal qualities -- with solid-state components that provide consistency and reliability. To maximize the tube’s dynamic range, the circuit operates at high voltages, thus the name.

All HV models have two channels, each with Gain and Master Volume controls. This Dual Master system provides natural tube overdrive and compression on either channel and it’s great for dialing in medium-gain tones with ease. But when you’re ready for high gain – stand back because these models bring it with a vengeance. From singing leads to heavy grinding rhythms, it’s all there. The heart of HV amplifiers is the tube preamp.

JOHN MOYER G810H JM The 2,000-watt G-810H-JM bass cabinet is intended for use with the Groove 1300HD amp head and is built using eight 10inch U.S.-made Eminence® speakers and a compression horn with a variable volume attenuator. It features striking artwork on its grill that was developed by John Moyer in tandem with Kustom artists. The result is an 8x10 cabinet with an awesome sound and look. The cabinet is built with 18mm plywood, covered in a durable vinyl and ready to roll with its built-in wheels, tilt bar and spring-loaded handles. Deep End Bass Amplifiers combine classic, punchy tube amp tones and touch with the robust dependability of solidstate power amp designs. Utilizing a 12AX7 tube preamp in tandem with a Tube Gain control, bassists can

drive the tube to elicit natural tube overload in varying degrees. From funky clean to mean and aggressive, Deep End amplifiers have it covered. Taking this concept a step further, the engineers at Kustom

developed an effective new power amp circuit as well. Called Organic Clipping™, the Deep End solid-state power amp reacts just like an all-tube amplifier when cranked up, generating lower order, musical harmonics and natural clipping

The new KB Series is a complete line of bass amplifiers that can take you all the way from the bedroom to rehearsal space to the stage. First and foremost, the KB Series is focused on producing great tone. Useless bells and whistles are not to be found.

Instead, players are given intuitive tone-shaping tools such as perfectly dialed in EQ controls, along with more power and bigger speakers than competitive products at similar prices. This means bigger, better tone for a player’s investment. All KB models provide a

1/8-inch auxiliary input right on the front panel for playing along with MP3s or CDs. Also, all models have a 1/8-inch headphone jack that provides a strong audio signal to headphones while muting the amp’s internal speakers: perfect for late-night sessions. On 100-

and 200-watt models, a balanced XLR line output with level control, effects send and return jacks and a ground lift are provided. In addition to five combo models, a 200-watt amp head is available in a classic wooden head format or rack-mount configuration.
