In the scenario of reading, the floor lamp and the side table are a series of furniture,
created to enlarge the interacrion and the understanding between the readers and the books. Through ever y wielded strokes, the power of “characters” increase, bringing the writing experience from flat visual sensation to three-dimensional, all
senses’ vast interacting affections.

A general perception of Chinese calligraphy is that it is merely the outlines of a character. As a designer, I want to start from the calligrapher's drive. I trace backward the connection of “ ink”, “ brush strokes” and “ the calligrapher” in order to explore the origin of the writing power. 這 的

inclinations on ever y takes lead to various fonts of the characters. To explain all kinds of angles of the brush
strokes, I analyzed the basic strokes. I retain the wielding traces as the simple outlines, and present how ever y
quadrants plumbs each other through the sheet forms, magnifying ever y "turn" between the strokes to perform how the power twists within the characters.

table represent a "hidden" structure which frames the composition of Chinese calligraphy, letting people to see different brush strokes from different angles.Following the design vocabular y "double layers" based on electric conduction, the series has clip structure as the main feature. Through the latch and inlay, the desktop stands without traditional legs.

作 個 。 Just like calligraphy, requiring constant practices and efforts to polish the result, metalworking is the main manufacturing method I choose for the product.Iron, as the main element, is tough and tensile for making the appearance; also its electric conductivity is able to transfer the low current from the reduced voltage. The distinguishing feature is to remove the electric wires and use two metal-sheets of both(positive and negative) electrodes as the supportive structure forming the minimal figure.

I have a sister who is 10 years younger than me, so mom sometims
permission me to take responsibility sometimes when she’s busy. That makes me came up this idea.
Kids in this generation playing computer more than toys. Therefore, moms nowadays ofetn shout out loud ” STOP PLAYING AF TER TEN MINU TES“, and this TEN MINU TES become so much longer that ever yone can imagine.
I design a mouse, that it can be set from a progrem by mom and inflat the air after that period of time still beeping. Just like Mommy is watching you and keep shouting.

Placed on the wall limited to the visual horizon, unlike normal emergency kit usually placed in closet, it is more easier to find out.
Besides the door in a room, hallway, living room, public area, or stairs are places GUIDING LIGHT be set, which is more convinient for escaping. W hen it comes to power cut, the batter y-backed lighting device switches on automatically, and keep lighting the way up for escaping.

Combined with emergency kit and backpack, GUIDING LIGHT is more capable and functional. The acr ylic case is clear and light-permeable, it can also put on the head to prevent obstruction drop down.

Water and dust proof : Integrated, to prevent dust and water leaking.
One-hand : Gun-style is more easier of one-hand holding, espacially the traveler always carr y much stuff, and flip-screen is more easier to take a selfie.
Rubber shock proof : Cover the most easy part of scratching, and the hadle part is also placed rubber to non-slip. Small and Thin : Capable and carrieable, easy to buckle up on strap of backpack.

After simpler the construction, the dr yer could be put into the stylist ’s tool belt, it makes movement more convenient. Design a slide of leather on the dr yer, prevent stylist from being burned by the heat, and anti-slipped, but also more united to the style of belt.
