Element Singapore is one of the largest testing inspection and certification groups in Singapore with a focus on ‘building assurance’. We have a wide range of services that includes:

Element offers a wide range of geotechnical engineering monitoring and testing services for the public and private sectors. Our geotechnical experts have extensive experience in all aspects of instrumentation, monitoring, soil investigation and laboratory testing. Our experience includes instrumentation and monitoring at project planning stage, instrumentation program development, field exploration, wireless and real-time systems for automated monitoring of restricted areas such as MRT tunnels, underground utilities and common service tunnels.

Element is an accredited geotechnical site-investigation company with full-range instrumentation and investigation capabilities. We deliver a wide range of geotechnical projects support from routine classifications to complex soil and strength analysis tests. Our real-time vibration monitoring system was the first in Singapore, winning productivity awards in 2014.

Element’s services cover both land and marine offshore projects with a track record as a provider to marine authorities and private marine operators. ENVIRONMENTAL TESTING

Element’s extensive range of environmental testing services is as diverse as the needs of our customers. Employing state-of-the-art equipment in accredited laboratories, the quality of our environmental testing services provides reassurance, no matter the challenge.

We specialize in the analysis of soil, sediment, sludge, water and leachates. Our laboratory for these matrices includes routine, trace and ultra-trace level organics (volatile and semi-volatile), metals, nutrients, inorganic non-metallics and microbiological tests.

MATERIALS TESTING AND METALLURGY SERVICES

Element’s ISO 17025 accredited materials testing laboratory provides a wide variety of metallurgical analysis, fracture toughness testing and corrosion testing services in accordance with the main industry standards.

Our other tests include mechanical testing, hardness testing, rebar fatigue testing, chemical analysis (OES) and testing for corrosionresistant alloys, and sour service corrosion testing. We also provide on-site testing services such as replica analysis, hardness testing, ferrite scope and coating thickness measurement to our clients.

Our high-end services include Engineering Critical Assessment (ECA) of pipelines and failure analysis of components. Located in Tuas, Singapore the laboratory provides services to all the major Oil and Gas EPC contractors and fabricators around the Asia and the Asia Pacific regions.
