With products being shorted regularly, availability of menu items is subject to change within days of your event. We will do our best to provide your requested items, but we cannot guarantee.

MENU
● Due to health department regulations, food items cannot be removed from the facility. This policy applies to all food, including Meals for guaranteed guests unable to attend.
● All leftovers are the property of Catering Services at Washtenaw Community College, including both perishable and nonperishable foods and all disposables.
● Catering Services at Washtenaw Community College cannot be held responsible for food quality due to delays of 30 minutes or more within the scheduled start time.
● All catering orders must be confirmed no later than 7 days prior to ensure a successful event.
● Catering ordered less than 7 days in advance of the event may not get the menu requested, but we will do our best to accommodate.
● Prices and products are subject to change due to market availability and pricing fluctuations
● External Clients: Charged a 20% service charge and a 6% sales tax (exempt). Catering services will be billed to client after event minus any deposit, due upon receipt. We accept all credit cards in person or over the phone

● All Campus Catering for external events is exclusively provided by Creative Dining Services.
● All prices and menus items are subject to change without notice based on market conditions
● Event Facilities are the following:

● Non Event Facilities refer to any campus facility other than the above mentioned. Additionally, not all menu items are available in all facilities.
● Please add a $50 delivery fee for any catering provided in a non-event facility.

Catering Due Dates
● Catering order, final guaranteed guest count and signed contract (if applicable) are due 7 days prior to event to avoid a $50 late fee
● A 25% non refundable deposit on final guaranteed guest count is due by 12pm 7 days prior to your event
● If necessary, final billing will be adjusted and invoiced due to any late changes
● Every effort will be made to accommodate a guest count increase or menu changes. However, we may not be able to ensure that the same catering items you have selected will be available for the entire group
● Reductions in guaranteed guest count cannot be reimbursed
● Your billing will reflect the actual number of guests served or the final guaranteed count, whichever is greater
● If no final guaranteed guest count is received 7 days prior to your event, your last estimated we have on file will be considered your final guaranteed count
