Motorcycle safety classes are funded by a grant awarded annually by the Michigan Department of State. Michigan’s motorcyclists provide the money for the grant funding via fees on their m/c operator endorsements and motorcycle license plates.

Most Americans think of pepperoni pizza as an Italian dish–it’s just not so! Come make true Italian pizzas. We’ll begin with homemade dough covered with shredded zucchini, ricotta and smoked mozzarella. We’ll follow this with Margherita pizza, a Neapolitan classic that includes fresh tomatoes, mozzarella and basil. Our final pizza will have sautéed clams, chillies, garlic and parsley. A seasonal salad will complement our pizzas.
Dazzle others with your culinary skill after working with an instructor who was an apprentice at a specialty restaurant in Naples! Our entrée will be thin slices of chicken breast, filled and rolled with Italian ham and Fontina, quickly sautéed and served with a white wine sauce. Soap-Making Workshop
Are you new to gardening or gardening in southeastern Michigan? Would you benefit from a holistic introduction to organic, sustainable food gardening? If yes, then this class is perfect for you. In this three-hour workshop, we will introduce you to the fundamentals of organic gardening: the environmental benefits of organic agriculture, acceptable gardening materials, and organic food and landscaping standards.
