6 months... and it gets worse

So... when i joined watchgeeks i already owned an offshore diver and a venom... i bought an xoskeleton off of soberdave... and in the process he told me he ordered a bracelet for his ss/mop venom. i had wanted to get a green venom but i only wanted it if it was on a bracelet... so he told me how to call customer service and order one, 112 dollars or something to that effect. i did so the very first week of january. i had heard that it took in the neighborhood of 4-5 months for this thing but i said aw why not. i got a great deal on a green venom for the new years sale on wow so i just put it away when i got it because the fangs in the rubber hurt my wrist. i waited patiently, all the while having faith that it was coming. beginning of may i started to wonder. so i emailed rebecca and she was on vacation but she said she was going to forward the email to someone in the office to check on it for me. i waited a month more. i hate being a pain in the butt to anyone so i didn't want to pester. decided to email her again this past friday. she sent me an email back that said "Let me check on that right away. sorry for the delay." it's wednesday now. soooo i called. they told me the order was placed... BUT NEVER SENT OUT!!!!!!!! @#$@#%#@^%@#$Q^$^$#@^#$@^$#@%^%$#%#$@!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!! i can NOT believe this! SIX MONTHS!!!!!! I'm out of my mind with anger over this because its not even a case of "wait another week or two, it'll be there very shortly... i know you've waited a long time but its coming." NO. it's not even ORDERED!!!! *sigh* i called at 1... she told me she emailed her manager and asked if they have the part in stock and what they could do. she said someone would call me this afternoon... well... it's after 5... and i know i'm not getting a call. HELP. if anyone... Michael Davis maybe? anybody... can give me a hand... i could really use it. I would love to just yell at someone but i'm too nice (a pushover?) to do that... and i would also love to just tell them to stick it and at the same time swear off invicta... but i genuinely love my invicta watches... and would kill for this ss bracelet for my green/ss venom... i don't know what to do. should i email rebecca this new information that it wasnt ordered, etc and see what she can do about a rush order or maybe take an ss bracelet off a watch they have there and send it to me.... or email michael davis and see what he says? this has definitely let the wind out of my sails... sorry for the long winded post but i'm frustrated.

Sorry to hear this. My own experience indicates Invicta CS reps will give you a million reasons for their company dropping the ball. This has been going on for years without improvement it's another one of those "grey areas" Big Yellow is becoming notorious for. I can not suggest a way to better your CS experience or relieve your frustration. Except maybe you should vote with your wallet. Also, try finding a strap at Tourneau, if there is one in your area. fuji View Public Profile Send a private message to fuji Send email to fuji Find all posts by fuji Add fuji to Your Contacts #11 Today, 03:33 PM

That sucks Ray. I have no idea what to suggest.
